“My role changes depending on what’s needed,” shesaid. “Sometimes I’m a coach. Sometimes I’m a negotiator. Sometimes I’m deep in operations or reviewing a design brief. But the thread that ties it all together is making sure the work reflects who we are—and who our clients are becoming.”

“They usually show up with one problem,” Annsaid. “But it’s rarely the real one. A team that’s not communicating is usually a symptom, not the cause. A brand that feels off? That often goes back to leadership clarity. My job is to help them peel things back.”
