THE CLASSIC FAMILY TENT

A tent becomes the home of the family during the camping holiday. So there is no question that it must also fit the family. While couples with one child do not need too much space, families with three children or those travelling with their grandparents need enough space to sleep comfortably, storage space for equipment and luggage, a lounge for playing in bad weather and space for a dining table with chairs.

Family tents are generally larger tents that are designed for longer standing times and more people and offer more comfort than a pure “overnight tent”. The entrances with standing height and the large panoramic windows are a clear characteristic. The interior of family tents is divided into a sleeping area and a living area. The latter is usually so large that you can sit together inside the tent at the camping table while the food is being prepared and the children have their rest in the sleeping cabins. There is plenty of room for all the home accessories that play an important role in the success of a pleasant holiday.

The key challenge of the past years has been finding materials allowing us the construction of revolutionary high pressure Airframes capable of replacing traditional metal or fibreglass poles. The main objective was to take the struggle out of tent setups and providing a high level of simplicity to the modern tent user.

THE ADVANTAGES OF POLYCOTTON TENTS

Breathable Fabric Prevents Condensation

One of the main benefits of polycotton tents is the increased breathability and ability to adjust to different conditions of the surrounding environment. This simply means that when the weather is warm, the inside of the tent will stay as cooler if compared to polyester tents. On the contrary, with cooler temperatures, your tent will be warmer.

Breathability also means that polycotton prevents and reduces the formation of condensation allowing the moisture to transfer through to the fabric, eliminating the unpleasant feeling of humidity and providing well-being and comfort.

Using polycotton fabric is also an investment in the longevity of the tent. Polycotton offers a much higher resistance to UV-light than polyester and deterioration due to effects of aging its strongly reduced.

All in all, polycotton fabrics guarantee excellent functionality, breathability and longevity - an entirely technology-mix for a product that will give you lasting pleasure.

The newly developed Maisonel 4 family tent is made of high-quality Pure Pro cotton blend fabric. It guarantees a very pleasant indoor climate in every season, is highly tear-resistant and very rainproof. Equipped with the innovative Creanox sleeping system, it guarantees the camper a relaxing holiday. The back of the tent and the inner cabin are kept extra dark and have large mesh vents. The Oneflate inflation system makes pitching very quick and easy. Both side entrances and a large window on the right in the front wall are equipped with closable mesh windows. This ensures good ventilation without insects. There is comfortable space for at least 4 people in the spacious interior, which can be further enlarged by removing the front wall.

Many different polyester fabrics are on the market and in the Outdoor World are obviously present different qualities than in the clothing industry. Anyway polyester is an excellent fabric for following reasons: lightness, high resistance to abrasion and erosion, good UV resistance, very low dilatation also in humid conditions.

Manufactured with high-quality material this style ensures an optimal indoor climate, combined with very high tear resistance and rainproofness. The darkened sleeping cabin (Creanox system), integrated into the extra dark sleeping area of the tent, guarantees a restful sleep without waking up too early. Extra-large gauze windows in the tent and in the sleeping cabin at the front and back allow excellent ventilation. The 5-person Caprice 5 family tent is designed for comfort camping. Plenty of space for the whole family. Made of lightweight, highly stable Oxford polyester. It is pitched with 5 very stable fibreglass poles and strong tie-down straps. The extensive equipment leaves nothing to be desired. The dark sleeping area of the tent, the extra dark sleeping cabin (Brunner Creanox sleeping system) and the large mesh vents in the front and rear walls ensure a restful night's sleep, even in bright daylight. The sewn-in tent floor keeps insects and water out. The large living area can be made into a large shaded area by roll-up, stand-up side doors and a completely removable front wall. For evening ventilation, 4 large mesh windows can be opened.

One-layered tent with roof ventilation. Comes with fittings and carry bag.

Before leaving for holidays always make a test mounting of your tent. This way you will be at

already know what to do and will have already checked that everything is OK. Never exceed with the tension of the stabilizing cords. In case of strong wind change the standard pegs with special storm pegs. On hard or rocky grounds the use special pegs is recommended. Depending on the weather conditions condensation could appear inside the tent: in order to avoid this natural process it is recommended not to hang wet clothes in the inner tent, to increase the ventilation and to use a protective groundsheet. Clean your tent before storage, eliminating the dirt by using a soft water wet sponge. Do not wash the tent wit a washing machine or with chemical products. Always check that the tent is dry before you store it in order to avoid bad smells or mould. Finally it is still recommended to have a reparation kit including spare poles and rubberbands, adhesive patches, storm cords and some spare pegs.

QUICK MOUNTING

All Brunner tent and awning models with the designation Polycotton are manufactured with a special fabric with outstanding outdoor properties. This is an uncoated material which seals itself naturally with a cotton content of 40%, but without sacrificing the positive properties of polyester fabric (content 60%).

THIS RESULTS IN THE FOLLOWING ADVANTAGES:

• Breathable, thus noticeable improvement of the inner tent climate

• Significant reduction of condensation water formation

• Significantly more UV-resistant than comparable polyester tents

• Longer service life

Free-standing panorama tent with inflatable A.I.R. Tech air frame. The two standing arches and the canopy are connected via the roof tubes. This allows for a very quick set-up with the Oneflate inflation system. All four walls (incl. back wall) are removable (open pavilion). Three wall elements each have a mesh window with tinted foil cover and blackout. Two wall elements have an entrance. This tent can also be attached to different vehicle heights with our 3 tunnel system. Air beds, also called air mattresses are known as an inexpensive yet comfortable

They are individually

protect the entire body and ensure a relaxed sleep.

There are two types of air beds in the Brunner range (flocked PVC air beds and air beds from rubberised cotton). Both are available in different sizes, to offer also to tall people, couples or children an appropriate accommodation.

Disadvantage of air beds is their relatively high weight, their bulky pack size and of course they must be inflated before use (do not forget the air pump!). Flocked air beds are also ideal as an emergency sleeping possibility at home for friends and acquaintances. Please note that air beds are not suitable for the use in the water. For this purpose simple PVC tubing mattresses should be used.

Adjustar is a patented levelling system which allows a very simple height adjustment of support legs by means of a new mechanical method of power transmission. Thanks to this system, furniture systems with feet can be prevented being crooked. Every camper knows this problem. How laborious and tedious it is to adjust the legs of tables that have to be moved up, down and over frequently, especially on uneven ground.

But Adjustar can also be used on even ground. Especially in outdoor areas, small puddles form on the table tops, which in combination with impurities such as pollen, for example, result in unsightly edges. Thanks to the Adjustar system, it is also possible to simply tilt the tables and let the water drain off.

The new Quadra aluminium table range with rollable top features a new totally new folding frame, which is based on the classic table construction with 4 vertical legs. The gapless table top is connected to the table frame with a special quick-locking mechanism. WARRANTY

All original Brunner products are manufactured from high-quality raw materials, which underlie strict material testing. Thanks to our quality controls we can detect and eliminate defects already within the production process. If in spite of that a defect should arise, the company Brunner grants a warranty of 24 months for defects in material and workmanship. The warranty starts from the date of purchase.

Note:

The warranty will be refused in the event of incorrect use, external influences or improper handling and storage. A claim can only be made with the retailer from whom the item was purchased and only with a valid receipt clearly showing the date of purchase. The reseller shall take care of the complete warranty processing and contact its upstream supplier or Brunner GmbH directly.
