RENOVATION OF AN EXISTING LUMBER STORAGE BUILDING INTO A NEW BREWERY WITH ADDITIONAL EVENT SPACE ABOVE. ALLOWING FOR THE EXPANSION OF THE DINING AREA TO OCCUR IN THE EXISTING MILLWORKS BUILDING. BOTH SPACES WILL BE TIED TOGETHER WITH A STEEL PEDESTRIAN BRIDGE, ALLOWING FOR MOVEMENT BETWEEN BOTH SPACES.

NEW CONSTRUCTION SCALE HOUSE. PROJECT SCOPE WAS TO DESIGN A NEW SCALE HOUSE THAT WOULD BE LARGER + LOCATED ELSEWHERE TO ACCOMMODATE FOR THE FUTURE EXPANSION OF THE LANDFILL. WORKERS WERE BECOMING FATIQUED WHILE COMPLETING TASKS FOR SEMI-TRUCKS THROUGH WIDOWS AT 3’SILLS, SO A DESIGN INCORPORATING RAISED PLATFORMS WITH HIGHER SILLS TO REACH TRUCK WINDOW HEIGHT WAS DEVELOPED.

RESIDENTIAL SINGLE FAMILY NEW CONSTRUCTION. LOCATED ONTHE SIDE OF A MOUNTAIN OVERLOOKINGTHE SUSQUEHANNA RIVER;THE OUT OF STATE CLIENTS WANTED A DESIGNTHAT OFFERED PRIVACY FROM THE FRONT WHILE ALLOWING AMPLE VIEWS / DAYLIGHT FROM THE BACK.THE PROJECT BUDGET WAS NOT VERY LARGE, THEREFORE PRE-ENGINEERED TRUSSES AND SUPERIER WALL SYSTEMS WERE COMBINED TO PROVIDE AN AFFORABLE YET NON-COMPROMISING DESIGN.
