MIRADA MAGAZINE creó el programa de liderazgo Mirada Miss Cover Girl, que inicia con una competencia de logros por ser la modelo que cubre la portada de la revista mirada, y ser la embajadora de la Juventud Hispana, a través de este programa les damos a las señoritas las herramientas necesarias para que se conviertan en líderes, identifiquen sus metas, sean más seguras, pierdan sus miedos, valoren a sus padres, y todo esto, de una forma didáctica que pueden enfrentar al mundo y los retos que se les presenten, para que sean mujeres valiosas en el aspecto familiar, profesional, social y cultural.

Mirada Magazine les proporciona talleres que les ayuda a aprender las habilidades básicas que van a utilizar en el futuro tales como: hablar en público, servicio a la comunidad, buenos modales, etiqueta y protocolo, prevención de embarazo, prevención de drogas y alcohol, finanzas personales, liderazgo juvenil, cultura y presentación, autoestima, metas , intereses y proyectos de vida, importancia de la educación superior, responsabilidad con sigo misma, cultura, arte y diseño, honor y respeto a la familia, además de baile y coreografías.

En la última etapa del programa Educativo Mirada Miss Cover Girl, la joven ganadora y las líderes elegidas, nos representarán como imagen de Nuestro programa durante un año, la reina será nombrada Embajadora de la Juventud Hispana y asiste a eventos más importantes de nuestra comunidad, realizados por entidades como el Consulado de México, Cámara de Comercio Hispana, Telemundo y eventos en general que sean invitadas, siempre presentándose como mujeres líderes de ejemplo y superación. Gracias a la gran colaboración de nuestros socios y patrocinadores, Mirada Magazine ha podido continuar este programa educativo por más de 10 años, el cual es único en nuestra comunidad hispana y hoy podemos hablar del gran éxito y sobretodo las metas cumplidas que podemos enseñarles con estos testimonios de los padres y las mismas participantes, donde las niñas han logrado proyectarse como líderes en nuestra comunidad, salir de su zona de confort, hacer cambios extraordinarios en sus vidas y salen agradecidas por su transformación positiva, al igual que sus familias.

Continuamos invitando a las familias a que registren a sus niñas y les permitan vivir esta linda experiencia que les abrirá las puertas del futuro, las ayudará a ser más seguras de sí mismas y sobretodo lograran hacer cambios maravillosos en sus vidas.

Mirada Magazine provides workshops that help them learn basic skills that they will use in the future such as: public speaking, community service, good manners, etiquette and protocol, pregnancy prevention, drug and alcohol prevention, finances personal, youth leadership, culture and presentation, self-esteem, goals, interests and life projects, importance of higher education, responsibility with oneself, culture, art and design, honor and respect for the family, as well as dance and choreography.

In the last stage of the Educational Mirada Miss Cover Girl program, the young winner and the elected leaders will represent us as the image of Our program for a year, the queen will be named Ambassador of Hispanic Youth and attends more important events in our community, carried out by entities such as the Consulate of Mexico, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Telemundo and events in general that are invited, always presenting themselves as leading women of example and improvement. Thanks to the great collaboration of our partners and sponsors, Mirada Magazine has been able to continue this educational program for more than 10 years, which is unique in our Hispanic community and today we can talk about the great success and above all the accomplished goals that we can teach them with these testimonies of the parents and the participants themselves, where the girls have managed to project themselves as leaders in our community, leave their comfort zone, make extraordinary changes in their lives and leave them grateful for their positive transformation, just like their families.
