As you prepare for the new year, don’t forget to include in your budget money to send leaders and members to the convention. If you plan for a shared hotel room for one night, you can expect expenses to be around $250 per person (for early registration). If you already set your budget for the year, no problem. You can always change it at a general membership meeting. Your treasurer or any other member can motion to add or adjust a line item as needed.
