2012 SUMMER ART CAMPS FOR CHILDREN AND TEENS AT THE MINT MUSEUM
Drawing, sculpture, painting, printmaking, watercolor and crafts are taught and shared by some of Charlotte’s most talented art instructors. There are morning and afternoon camps available to allow for other activities on any given day. We also offer camps at both Mint Museum Randolph and Mint Museum Uptown to accommodate members and visitors at the site most convenient for them. I encourage you to sign up early and often. As the working mother of a fourth grader, I can attest that The Mint Museum Summer Art Camps are a wonderful alternative to the more traditional sports camps. Your child’s imagination is the only equipment needed. Try something new this year and watch in wonder as this summer camp experience leads to a lifelong love of art, design and learning. Warmest wishes,
Dr. Kathleen V. Jameson, President & CEO of The Mint Museum
