The Citywide Cleanup is an effort to beautify our community before summer arrives. Minot Area Chamber EDC member-investors and any other community members are invited to clean up around their buildings and to provide volunteers to clean the city entrances.

There's an old saying in management: "Don't send your ducks to eagle school." There are a lot of ducks in the world, and very few eagles. Eagles can handle a variety of tasks and/or problems, and go out of their way to be helpful. Eagles make customers feel special, and keep them coming back. No problem is too great they love the challenge

Each month the Minot Area Chamber EDC honors "eagle" employees in the Minot area who have been nominated by customers for their outstanding customer service Eagle Award Facebook posts typically earn 10,000+ impressions per month.
