Frequently Asked Questions Q. How to use my FCC? A. Simply give us a call, we’ll help you to find your perfect cruise and we’ll arrange your FCC to be applied.

Q. What happens if the cost differs?

A. If the cost of your cruise is less, some cruise lines are allowing to spread the FCC across more than one booking. If it is more, you simply pay the difference.

Q. Can I use my FCC towards another cruise that I have already booked?

A. Most cruise lines only allow you to use your FCC towards a new cruise holiday, however, please check with your Cruise Expert for your cruise lines terms and conditions.

Q. Is FCC interchangeable between cruise lines?

A. No, a FCC can only be applied to a cruise from the cruise line by which it was originally issued.

Q. Will my FCC expire?
