CORE2020 SIGNATURE SERIES INTRODUCTION CORE is the simplest manifestation of archetypal house, adapted for modern lifestyle. It is spatially and metaphorically a volume that constitutes the contemporary household amenities for cooking and bathing while containing all mechanical necessities be it conventional or off grid solutions. When defined this way, Core becomes an area of constant transformation. miniMAX’s goal is to issue updates of our Signature Series by way of annual catalogs starting in 2020.

Our starting point is the 400sf footprint as defined by Tiny House legal parameters. By moving, shifting, and adjusting the Core within this area, we are redefining spatial relationships and the nature of habitation. Core is the volume that defines our innovative hybrid construction method of prefabricated three dimensional Kitchen&Bath Core and two dimensional panel systems to complete the home.
