The Angeles National Forest is where this project is located. This facility will be used by astronomers, but it may serve as a teaching center for general public visitors and weekend astronomy enthusiasts. On the mountain, there are two existing foundation pads and a concrete cistern, and we must construct on those foundation pads. The most important aspect of this project is the utilization of an ADA ramp rather than an elevator.
