Electronic ordering Place orders electronically with our integrated functionality with PharmX

Auto-generate order Auto-generate orders and update as required before placing the order

Date range or seasonal ordering Create an order based on the purchases made during a date range or seasonal orders based on sales from the same time the previous year

Set order parameters Set-up product ordering parameters so they are taken into consideration when ordering

Auto collect invoices Any of your invoices waiting for collection in the PharmX gateway will be collected automatically, saving you time and providing visibility of incoming stock as it is invoiced to your store Order at the best price Displays the latest buying deal information when creating an order*. When an order is generated Minfos will take the deals into account and ramp up or decrease the stock ordered accordingly

Order prompts When manually adjusting an order, Minfos will prompt if ordering parameters are not met e.g. for minimum order quantity or order multiples

Inter-store stock transfer Easily transfer stock between pharmacies

Filter options Filter supplier orders by company and, or by category

Email orders to suppliers Export orders to PDF and send orders directly via email to suppliers

Compare invoice costs Review current and last invoice costs
