Product management Achieve greater inventory control for your group by leveraging our product management tools.

Customise store updates

Minfos National Product Number (MNPN)

Centrally control the information each of your stores receive from Head Office including product name, barcodes and GST status. This gives you the flexibility to tailor each stores data subscription to meet their product information needs.

Minfos issues a MNPN (an unique product ID) for the life of each product to ensure your product data is consistent and accurate. Any products added by the Head Office will be also issued an MNPN for accurate reporting and product tracking across the group.

Control when stores receive product updates Choose whether stores receive product updates in real-time or batch release at a defined time of day. When releases are batched, you control what changes are included and when they are released to stores.

Category maintenance Manage up to seven categories on behalf of the group, removing the need for the pharmacy to locally manage products and associated categories.

By using consistent categories, you have the ability to improve your group’s reporting.

Any products added by the Head Office will be also issued a MNPN for accurate reporting and product tracking across the group 05 \ Multi-store module

KVI lines and stocked status Centrally manage KVI lines and the stocked status of products. This assists Head Office with improving compliance and consistency across your group and centrally manage a core range.

Supplier details Manage product-ordering parameters for your stores, removing the need for them to locally manage this information.

Auto merges Configure merges made at Head Office to autoapply in store. This removes the need for the store to manually perform merges for products that the store has not purchased or sold.

Flexible retail pricing

Price review

Depending on the set up of your group, Head Office can choose to manage a single or tiered product pricing structure.

We provide reports that help you analyse your pricing strategies by categories, orders, KVI, pricing policies, GP% and much more.

If you implement the tiered product pricing structure, you have the ability to preset the time of day of when the pricing will be applied to all your store databases.

Import pricing

Tiered pricing For a selected category type, Head Office can set up to 3 tiers of pricing for products assigned to that category. Stores can then be assigned to different pricing category tiers to suit their needs.

Tiered pricing will lock down the retail price field in the product stock card at the slave store, providing the Head Office with greater control over the retail price.

Review GP% effect Use our efficient tools to review the effect on your GP% before implementing price updates to your products.

If pricing is managed externally to Minfos, you can easily import the pricing into your Head Office database to efficiently distribute pricing across the group.

Label maintenance When a retail price is changed, a shelf label request will automatically be queued at the store.

Custom labels can also be created using the Minfos Label Editor for product, shelf or promotional labels to assist with achieving stronger brand consistency across your stores.

Drug pricing Easily manage fixed drug pricing from Head Office reducing the need for each store to maintain independently.

Promotions Effortlessly manage your group’s promotions and use our reports to analyse their success.

Group promotions

Promotional types

Centrally manage promotions on behalf of the group. From Head Office, you can create groupwide or store-based campaigns.

We offer 8 different types of promotions so that you can create and manage a promotion suitable to your needs.

Group maintenance allows you to easily set up which stores will receive the selected promotion file. Stores can be part of multiple groups to support multiple campaigns as per your group strategies.

Reports Run reports to capture GP% and overall promotion performance.

Auto-management Promotions will automatically appear in the stores database and start and stop based on the parameters of the promotion. Any changes made to the promotion by Head Office will update at the store.

Minfos Centralised Ordering Centrally order for all your stores directly from your Multi-store Head Office.

Auto-generate orders Centrally auto-generate orders on behalf of some or all of your pharmacies. When generating an order Minfos Centralised Ordering considers the ordering parameters set at the store and will adjust the order quantities accordingly.

Order templates Create and modify ordering templates to easily manage ongoing orders.

Schedule orders Save time by using order templates to schedule your orders to auto-generate at a particular time or day.

Date range or seasonal ordering Create an order based on the purchases made during a date range or seasonal orders based on sales from the same time the previous year.
