Recall scripts at the till

Provide confidential service to your customers

The new Totals Label contains a unique barcode that when scanned at the till recalls all scripts dispensed to the customer on that day. This ensures the patient’s confidentiality is maintained throughout the sales process as after verifying the items the pharmacist can pack them into a bag, attach the Totals Label and seal the package. The sales clerk is then able to scan the barcode and sell the dispensed items without needing to open the bag.

The Totals Labels also displays other valuable information including the: • Customers details • Number of items dispensed • The total value of the scripts • The Scripts on File indicator
