The Minfos App is a stocktaking barcode scanner device and app

This is a low-cost * stocktaking solution that saves time and minimises manual entry errors.

Now, there is no need to manage paper-based stock counts, spreadsheets or CSV file uploads. You simply scan the barcode on the scanning device, enter the current stock-on-hand (SOH) count and hit update.

This is more than a stocktaking device, with the endorsed Minfos stocktaking barcode scanner device you can: • Make real-time SOH adjustments • Conduct stocktakes on the move • View a product’s stocktake history • Queue labels in Minfos for printing • Lookup product names, primary barcodes, retail prices, last counted dates and the current SOH quantities

What’s more, Minfos automatically timestamps (date/time) a product’s SOH when it is modified. The intuitive workflow between the Minfos App and Minfos means that SOH adjustments are made in real-time.
