Link customer accounts Easily link a customer’s account to a master account Linking customers to an account will allow the master account holder to manage a single account while ensuring that charges are correctly made to their account. It will also assist you to quickly and accurately make account charges. The master account will be pre-selected as if it was the customer’s own account when you charge to an account in any of the following areas: • Auto-charging • Pill box • Third party packing • Invoice to account • Till Examples of linked customer accounts are: • An organisation to a master account • Families e.g. a husband to a wife’s account or children to a parent’s account • RACF resident to the Nursing Home account • In-patients to a hospital account 05 \ In case you missed it
Customer Enquiry screen Search and find customer information from one place. Using a single screen, you can filter based on attributes such as: • Customer surname • Postcode • Scripts on File indicator • Customers with an account • Customers set up to receive their statement via email You can also: • Apply advanced search filters to drill down to a specific group of customers • Easily export information to a report or excel for further analysis

Bulk edit products with one click Save time using the Product Quick Fix screen. Using this feature, you can: • View products and product details • Fix multiple products and their attributes simultaneously • Easily select the product groups that need to be updated (e.g. Known Value Items (KVI) lines, products associated with a category or products on an order) Use the Product Quick Fix screen to: • Easily merge products • Update product stock cards • Queue labels Quickly manage new lines on an order or promotion, re-categorise products and more using the Minfos Product Quick Fix screen.

Advanced product search The advanced product search functionality is available in Minfos Product Maintenance and Minfos Till. Using this feature you can perform a ‘contains’ search by searching for any part of the product name - not just the start of the name. For example, you can search for ‘orange’ and results will include: DWD FRAME 3X3 BLU W/ORANGE B/FLY ORANGE BLOSSOM BATH GEL 250ML The search results will list all of the possible results rather than the first match found.

Directly email statements and reports Save time by sending emails straight from Minfos Send the following types of emails: • Accounts Receivable statements to your accounts • Customer statements to your customers • An order to a supplier • Any reports to your staff or stakeholders This feature enables you to: • Email reports in a PDF format • Email reports to multiple recipients • Edit the default subject line

Supplier reports in Minfos Online Reporting Create custom dashboards with Minfos Online Reporting Get a quick snapshot or detailed reports for your whole group or an individual store with Minfos Online Reporting. Use Minfos Online Reporting to: • Schedule reports to be automatically emailed to yourself or your chosen recipient (e.g. staff, your accountants, partners) • Get notified when a product is priced to sell below cost or a category’s gross profit is under the threshold • Receive an alert when a product’s stock-on-hand goes into negative We have further enriched the Minfos Online Reporting suite. Stocktaking and ordering mobile app Order and stocktake quickly using the mobile ordering and stocktaking app – Minfos App. Using this stocktaking and ordering app, staff can simultaneously: • Stocktake and edit product quantities • Make real-time SOH adjustments • View a product’s stocktake history • Queue labels in Minfos for printing • Search using product name or barcode to view the product’s retail price, last counted date and current SOH • Create orders This robust tool also automatically timestamps (date/time) a product when its SOH has been changed.

Transfer stock within your group Quickly transfer stock between stores Electronically create requests to transfer stock between stores in your group using Minfos Centralised Ordering. Now, you can efficiently minimise excess stock holdings within your group. Key features: • When creating an order, view the surplus stock available at other stores • Select one or multiple stores that hold surplus stock and create the transfer request • Easily remove the product from the order • Multiple items requested from one store will be automatically grouped on the same transfer request • Issue the transfer and Minfos will create the transfer in the store with the excess stock

Improved dispense robot integration It is easy to get a clear view of the drugs in your dispense robot. Pop-up customer notes Add internal customer notes to let your staff know about any special instructions when they are serving the customer at the Dispense or Till. The pop-up customer notes will appear when staff recall the customer in either of these modules. Auto-clear Price Changes report Easily automatically clear the Price Changes report during the End of Day process If your pharmacy uses the Price Changes report to queue shelf labels with an updated price, all you need to do is configure your Minfos to automatically clear the Prices Changes report as part of the EOD process.

Automatically apply a card surcharge Easily pass the cost of your customer’s card surcharges back to your customers Rather than manually processing credit and debit surcharges onto your customer’s cards, you will be able to automatically pass on any costs incurred from a card provider to the customer. This will allow you to accept more payment types, e.g. AMEX, without incurring the cost.
It is important to note, that according to the ACCC “If a business chooses to impose a surcharge on its customers for making a payment using a credit, debit or prepaid card, the level of the surcharge must not be excessive. The ACCC will investigate complaints of excessive payment surcharging and take enforcement action where necessary.” 023 \ What’s coming?
Active Script List (ASL) Active Script List (ASL), is the next step in your ePrescriptions journey. This functionality is currently in development and will be available in Minfos soon. ASL provides your patients with greater flexibility in accessing their medications. An ASL is a consolidated list of all of the patient’s active digital prescriptions. Patients can still continue to use the token model to provide you access to their eScripts or they can register for an ASL. Patients will have control of who can access their ASL and for how long that party has access to it – it can be either temporary or ongoing.
Once your pharmacy has access to a patient’s ASL, you will be able to view the list and select which items they want dispensed. From there, the scripts can be seamlessly pushed into Minfos Dispense or queued in eQueue for later. In Minfos you will be able to: • Register a patient for an ASL • Request access to a patient’s ASL • View the status of a patient’s ASL and whether you have permission to access it • View the patient’s ASL • Select scripts to be dispensed from the ASL

Centralised customer accounts for Multi-store Create and manage a single customer account across your group. This gives your customers the freedom to shop at any of your stores and receive one statement. When all the pharmacies in your group are using Minfos centralised customer accounts, your customers can go to any of your pharmacies and: • Charge items to their account • Find out their account balance • Make an account payment
Your stores will be able to: • Create new customer accounts • Link customers to a centralised customer account • Nominate a ‘master’ store for that account • View customer’s account transaction history (sales, payments) and contact details • Print an interim customer statement for any account customer • Add a note to an account

The central or head-office user will be able to: • Perform the same actions as the store • Print or email statements in bulk depending on the customer’s preference • Email statements automatically as part of your end of month process • Specify user actions (e.g. prevent charging an account, manage customer account limits)
• Use the reconciliation payments report to assist with transferring payments between stores when account customers pay at different stores to where they originally purchased from • View an audit report to see who performed an event including payment, sales and returns

Email or SMS customer receipts Send your customers digital receipts Setup eReceipts in Minfos and at the end of the sale you can ask your customer whether they want to receive a paper or digital receipt (eReceipt).
You can also manually send the eReceipt to a different email address or phone number, where:

• The customer’s contact details aren’t in your system
• Email or
• The customer wants the receipt sent to alternate contact
• SMS using Minfos SMS Connect*
• You haven’t selected a customer during the sale
In the instance the Retail Assistant selects the customer in Minfos during the sale, the software intuitively picks up the customer’s contact details. That is, if the customer has an email or mobile number on file, the customer’s details will be automatically populated on the eReceipt dialog and it will be ready to send if they request an eReceipt. *Minfos SMS Connect is a paid service that is not included in your subscription fee
