Minfos and My Health Record integration Minfos and My Health Record have integrated to support you in delivering better health care and service to your patients. My Health Record is an electronic summary of an patient’s health information that can be shared securely online between the patient’s and registered healthcare providers. Using this system will allow you to: • Upload dispense records to the My Health Record system • Access important patient information when needed, including medical history, medications prescribed, discharge summaries, allergies, adverse reactions and immunisations • Help patients, including those with chronic and complex conditions, to better manage their health • Spend less time chasing clinical information and investigations
Improved security for My Health Record access Protect your patient’s privacy and set Minfos to prompt for a password to access a patient’s My Health Record • Deters unauthorised staff from accessing patient records • Assists to ensure the correct Pharmacist is linked with the transaction

Automatic software updates Always stay up-to-date and take advantage of the latest features available in Minfos. By setting your Minfos to auto-update: • It will automatically update overnight if new software is available • Minfos will notify you of the update when you log into the software for the first time after an update has successfully been applied
You can now setup your Minfos to automatically update to the latest software.

Dispense KPI Report At a glance you can now see the health of your dispensary using the new Minfos Dispense KPI report. The new report groups all important dispense information in the one report. This includes:
• Scripts dispensed • Drug scan checking rate • Electronic prescription scanning rate
The Dispense KPI Report can be run for the dispensary as a whole or per pharmacist.

New Customer Enquiry screen Easily identify and find customers from one location. At a glance, you can now see more information that is stored against the customer. The screen can be filtered based on a number attributes, for example:

You can also apply multiple filters at the one time to drill down to a specific group of customers. What's more, the information on the screen can then be easily exported to a report or excel for further manipulation.

Improved stock management with your dispense Robot Stocktaking drugs stored in your Robot is now easier with our single screen. From a single screen you can perform your Robot’s stocktaking process:
• View your Robot and Minfos stock on hand (SOH) side by side • Identify SOH discrepancies between Minfos and the Robot • Edit Minfos to adjust SOH to match your Robot • Mark all items in the Robot as stocktaked in Minfos

Advanced search in product maintenance The advance search available in the Till is now available in Product Maintenance. This functionality will allow you to perform a ‘contains’ search. This means you can search for any part of the product name, not just the start of the name. The search will list all possible results rather than the first match found.

Print promotion tickets for future promotions Prepare for your upcoming campaigns by printing your promotional ticketing early. This new features enables you to pre-print your promotion tickets before a promotion starts:
• You can now proactively prepare for future promotions • There is now no need to start promotions early to generate promotion tickets
Option to print receipts for sales under a specified value Do you need a receipt? Rather than automatically printing all receipts, configure your Minfos to prompt to print a receipt when a sale is under a defined threshold. Now, you can ask your customer if they want a receipt.

Product Catalogue search functionality You can search Minfos Master Database to find product and supplier information. Our online Product Catalogue contains 500,000+ products, maintained by Minfos Master Database. Using the Product Catalogue you can search and find product details such as: • Barcodes • Product description • Ordering codes • Suppliers • MNPN • PDEs With this new functionality, you will be able to search our product database for product information. Once you identify the products you need, you can add the products into your database automatically by running the relevant MNPN Update. You can even search for products you don't have in-store! What's more, you can access the Minfos Product Catalogue using a mobile device.

Cloud reporting Get a snapshot or detailed report fast. Auto-schedule your reports: • Access these reports from anywhere, anytime • Receive your reports directly to your email • Set it up to send straight to your accountant, partner or anyone else You can set up notifications and be notified if: • A product is priced to sell below cost • A category’s gross profit (GP) is under the defined threshold • You have any negative stock on hand (SOH)

Minfos Notifier Our pop-up alert displays Minfos notifications on your selected screens. The Minfos Notifier will ensure that your store is quickly aware of any new notifications. The key benefits are: • You will be instantly alerted that a message is available without checking your email in-box • You do not have to divert away from your process until you are ready to review the pop-up message • Simply click the pop-up message to view the message without having to go to your email • You can choose which computer the feed will display on e.g. back office and dispense

More options to managing your software updates Stay up-to-date with the latest Minfos release You can select to update to the latest Minfos by auto-updating or choosing to update later. We believe in giving you options. So, along with the automatic software updates, Minfos will prompt you if there is a new software update available. When you log in to Minfos in the morning and a new update is available, Minfos will ask if you want to apply the update then. You now can choose to apply now or ignore and apply later or overnight.

Stocktaking Scanner The new Minfos Stocktaking Scanner provides a low cost, light-weight solution to reduce the burden of stocktaking. • This low cost solution means that multiple staff can be stocktaking at any given time • Labels can also be added to the label queue from the scanner application

Minfos ePad With Minfos ePad you can now throw away your manual order notepad from your dispensary. Previously you may have used a notepad to jot down dispense items you wanted to add to your daily order. Using the Minfos ePad you can now:
• Add products to your order directly from Minfos dispense • Ensure special orders are captured in your daily ordering • Quickly create daily top-up orders

Trade 24 hours a day with Minfos Less down time for 24 hour stores! We understand that there is no downtime for 24 hour stores. So now it's possible to run Minfos all day long.
Take advantage of continuing to trade while your end of day is processing. That means you don't need to log out of Minfos.* *Note: A few exception apply (eg. software update)
