Set special price for patients Tailor prescription prices for your patients. Set special prices to a specific patients: • Set prices that is different to your 'normal' in-store price • Set 'special' prices that is greater or less than your 'normal' prices you offer in-store
You can set a special dispense price for a patient and Minfos will retain that price for future dispensing.

Use drug scan check barcode for more Quickly edit or sell a script without manually searching for the customer. You can scan the drug scan check barcode on the dispense label into: • The Surname field on the dispense form to recall the associated script into Edit Mode • The Product field in the Till to select the script for sale

Control the Expired Medicare Card prompt You have the choice to switch off the Expired Medicare Card prompt. The Expired Medicare Card prompt can now be switched off for pharmacies that no longer want to be prompted when selecting a patient with an expired card.
Minfos automatically updates Medicare card details for patients when a match can be found.

Order with ePad Throw away your paper notepad and create your dispensary orders with the new Minfos ePad. Use the ePad to: • Add products to your order directly from Minfos Dispense • Ensure special orders are captured in your daily ordering • Quickly create daily top-up orders

Auto-invoice scripts to patient’s account Let Minfos charge scripts to accounts for you. Auto-invoicing can be set up for any patient in a facility. This feature provides the following benefits: • Minfos will automatically charge scripts still waiting at the Till at the end of the day • Your Scripts Waiting at the Till Report will now clear of the scripts as they will be automatically charged
Your scripts are charged automatically as part of the end of day process.

Improved Product Quick Fix functionality Make multiple changes to selected products with one click using the updated Product Quick Fix screen. Save time with these new features by: • Viewing more products and more product details than before • Fixing multiple product attributes simultaneously • Making bulk changes to all products (not only those in the current page) or use the multi-select option to apply changes to selected products • Easily select the groups of products you want to update (E.g. Minfos & Symbion orders SSCC (tote) integration* This labour saving initiative will help you streamline the process of receiving Symbion orders. Here’s how this feature works: 1. Place a Symbion order 2. Symbion will process your order and issues each tote with a tote barcode (SSCC) 3. Minfos automatically imports the tote barcode and the products that tote contains 4. In Minfos, collect your orders via PharmX 5. Electronically receipt order by tote by scanning or manually entering the tote barcode

This Till feature is useful for adding purchase orders or other references you wish to attach to a general sale, account sale and account payment. The note can be added before, during or after adding products to the sales basket.

Minfos & MIMS integration Minfos integrates with MIMS for evidence based drug interactions. Minfos has partnered with MIMS Australia to integrate the MIMS evidence based clinical decision support modules into Minfos Dispense. The integrated modules include: • Drug-to-drug interactions • Drug-to-allergy interactions This new integration in Minfos does not replace your eMIMS reference product from MIMS. eMIMS is a recommended reference text by the Pharmacy Board of Australia and is required to be available in each pharmacy. eMIMS has a much broader range of content as recommended by the Pharmacy Board of Australia, including but not limited to: • Australian medicines TGA-approved Full Product Information (PI) • Consumer Medicines Information (CMI) • Australian medicine products images • Consumer counselling tools and calculators • Consumer Disease Information

Automatically collect invoices in Order Maintenance You can setup automatic collection of invoices from PharmX. By setting up this function: • Saves time and provides you visibility of incoming stock as it is invoiced to your store • Means you no longer need to manage ‘Blank Supplier Orders’ in your Order Maintenance window • Allows all invoices across all suppliers to be collected and updated before you generate your orders • Assists stores that have multiple accounts for a single supplier by removing the need to change the account number to collect your invoices under a separate account

Integrating SafeScript into Dispense workflow* Real-time prescription monitoring initiative in Victoria.
