A MESSAGE FROM MAYOR MICHAEL P. VICTORINO On behalf of the people of Maui County, I welcome everyone to the Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival. Mahalo to Hawaiian Airlines for signing on as the festival’s title sponsor in 2019 and 2020. This is another sign that the 6th annual event is growing in stature as the premier showcase of the hard work and creativity of businesses based in Maui County. Aloha and welcome to the 6th Annual Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival! We are very excited to have Hawaiian Airlines as our Title Sponsor this year and appreciate their support. Our sponsors' contributions allow us to present a high-quality festival with over 140 vendors from Maui, Molokai and Lanai. All of our vendors offer truly locally-made products and you will find something for everyone at Maui’s largest manufactured products show. Our vendors have to go through rigorous preparation and detail their business down to the smallest item to be selected to participate each year. With attending trainings, preparing their staff and manufacturing enough inventory to satisfy over 11,000 attendees, they put their heart and soul into their creations. The Hawaiian Airlines Made in Maui County Festival Advisory Board, made up of business development professionals, works all year fine-tuning details from the previous event for a better experience for our attendees and a more successful platform for our vendors. Our volunteers, both throughout the year and during the event, show the true spirit of community and the special sense of Aloha that thrives on Maui. In addition, Maui County is very lucky to have an administration that truly cares about local businesses. The grant provided by the County of Maui and Office of Economic Development lays a base for the festival to grow and the wonderful Maui companies who provide discounted and free services help us to be more self-sustaining. It is these strong partnerships that benefit the event and the vendors, as they thrive from the business knowledge they gain from the festival and year-round. The Maui Chamber of Commerce is deeply grateful for everyone who supports, assists and works on the Made in Maui County Festival. We thank the Maui community for coming out, helping to sustain our manufacturing industry by buying Maui County first and contributing to new jobs, while enjoying local treasures. Enjoy yourselves, we’ll see you next year!

Pamela Tumpap, President Maui Chamber of Commerce
