Athletics, it’s in the name, right? It doesn’t matter if you are into Boot Camp style workouts or if Yoga is more your speed, we have it all. Check out October’s group exercise calendar to see what you’ll have access to (free of charge) during Michael Best Month.
Throughout the year, we are proud to offer several marquee fitness programs. From “FitnessPalooza” to “Squatober”, and Pickle Ball Socials to the Basketball Leagues that have been part of the Club’s tradition for decades – there’s always something going on! Don’t forget to take advantage of “MAC Kids”, a complimentary child care service offered to our members.
