Our group exercise studio is home to a robust calendar of weekly group exercise classes. Classes include yoga, kickboxing, strength, dance cardio, barre, HIIT, and more. Our functional training space is available for individual use as well as small group training sessions with expert personal training staff.
In addition to our group exercise studio, MAC Athletics features a dedicated cycle studio equipped with top-of the-line bikes from Keiser and large-screen displays to provide Members with the ultimate experience. Take your fitness routine to the next level with our Pilates Reformers. Our Allegro 2 Reformer machines are available through private, semi-private and small-group sessions led by a certified Pilates Reformer instructor and aim to help you build your muscular endurance and a strong core.
In addition to our free weight training equipment, we have a full array of the latest selectorized machines from Precor to allow Members to target specific muscle groups. These machines are a valuable addition to your training routine.

Built in 1948, The Elephant Room is the MAC’s stunningly restored mid-century cocktail lounge. It’s also home to one of the largest brandy selections in the country, rare spirits, and craft cocktails.
