Healing cards can be a tremendous tool for selfreflection. As you use the cards more, you'll start to notice patterns and themes in the messages. Use these patterns as points for self-reflection. Consider how the message relates to your life and current situation. Reflect on how you can take the message and apply it to your life.

Allow the cards to guide you on your journey towards healing and growth.

Lastly, and probably the hardest part, is it is essential to integrate the healing message into your life. Take the messages you've received and apply them to your life through action. Small steps can have a significant impact on your overall well being. Come up with a few action steps that you can take to implement the message in your life. Watch as the healing unfolds.

Healing cards are a powerful tool that can help you transform your life. By tapping into your intuition, your inner guidance, and the universal energy, you can access the wisdom, love, and magic that can help you heal, grow, and thrive. Whether you’re facing a challenge or seeking to manifest your dreams, healing cards can be a source of inspiration, empowerment, and encouragement and at the very least they will bring a sense of play and magic into your life.

Purpose The use of healing cards is personal and unique to each soul. There are many questions you may use to ask for higher guidance. You may ask for a sign that you are on the right path, you may ask for guidance about a specific question, or simply ask your higher self to give you a message as to what may bring peace to your heart.

How to Use Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, take 3 deep breaths. Continue to do so until you feel settled into the present and grounded. When you feel ready, connect to your angels, to your guides, or to those that have gone before you. Connect to your own soul.

If you will be using the cards for another, connect first to yourself above, connect to the others energy, then ask to connect to their guides. You may picture the other person, imagine their energy and repeat their name three times.

When you are ready to pull a card, ask yourself what is intuitive for you. Shuffle until one falls out. Cut the deck in half, thirds quarters...turn it over. Feel what the card says to you.

Quiet the mind and whatever comes to you quickly is your truth. Intuition comes from the heart. Heart speaks to you quickly, and within a concise sentence, or few words. If it takes a moment for a thought to come, then that is your mind. Your mind hesitates, your mind tells stories, it will use "because" it is not the truth. Quiet your mind and pick again.

Use the cards as many times as you are called to throughout the day. The more you use them, the more they will interact with your energy. Leave them by your bed, carry them in your car. Use them to journal. Keep track of when you pull a card. At times the same card may assert itself again and again. If this happens, there is a message coming through which your Angels and Guides want you to communicate.

Why I created themMy purpose in this lifetime is to love and be love. In being love, you are service to self and to others. Highest service is to be a light to shine a path of healing. These messages have come through to me in the last 10 years as I have learned to heal and expand my heart. They served me in this journey and my hope is they will serve you as well.

HOW TO USE A MANTRA, AND WHY ARE THEY SO POWERFUL? A mantra is a group of syllables or words that are repeated silently, out loud, or via written word. It may be used in meditation to focus your mind, you may choose to use as a note or an alarm on your phone, or may write it in a journal.

Mantras recreate powerful energy to help change your reality and manifest your dreams. The power of the mantra increases with continued and repeated use.

Laws of the Universe

The Law of Divine Oneness All living beings are connected. All of creation comes from One source. The power of Oneness dictates that what one person does, thinks or says, therefore effects all.

Law of Vibration In simple terms, everyone and everything in the universe is made of light or of energy. When broken down to smaller units each thing vibrates in an energetic pattern or frequency. Law of vibration states in order to manifest your desire you must match your vibration to that which you intend to attract.

Law of Action In order to manifest your desire you must not not only think and focus on your desire, but also take concrete actions in order to create your intent. In implementing this Law, bring your thoughts into alignment with what is is you actually desire, before taking action.

Law of Correspondence All that is occuring within is occurring without. Or physical reality is a mirror of the deepest thoughts and beliefs within ourselves.

Law of Cause and Effect The Universal Laws dictate all that occurs. There is no such thing as chance or coincidence. Every cause creates a specific effect. Your thoughts and actions cause your reality.

Law of Compensation Similar to the Universal Law of Cause and Effect, what you give, you will receive. What you give with love, you will receive with love. What you give with judgement, you will receive the same.

Law of Attraction Like attracts like. If you are loving, you will attract love. If you are angry, you will attract anger. If you expect the worse, and feel this will happen, then it will be so.

Whatever you feel within your heart will happen outside you body. In other words, whatever you focus on is what you will attract. If you focus on all for which you are grateful, you will attract more things for which to be grateful.

The Law of Perpetual Transmutation of Energy All matter is created of energy, so are our thoughts. This energy is constantly changing form. This is the power by which your intention can manifest into physical reality. By activating this universal law and giving more attention to your positive thoughts, you can create these thoughts into form and thereby starving the negative energy transmuting into neutral and then positive energy.

Law of Relativity There is no worst or best. Everything is relative to the situation at hand. It is only with judgment that we determine if something may be considered good or bad.

Law of Polarity Everything has an equal opposite. There is a polarity of extremes in all that is positive and negative. In order to experience deep love you must first experience deep loss.

The capacity to feel joy is equal to the capacity to feel sorrow.

Law of Rhythm Everything is made of energy and this energy is constantly vibrating. The vibrations are not by chance, there is a particular pattern to the vibrations. When something is immensely positive, the Law of Rhythm thereby states the same thing negative to the same extreme much occur. Therefore, do not become too attached to these emotions, enjoy the ride, but observe and remain detached.

Law of Gender Similar to the Law of Polarity, there is masculine energy and the opposite thereof, feminine energy. Everything in the universe consists of a union of the two energies. Both the feminine and masculine energies are needed in order for anything to grow. The feminine energy is needed to create and nurture the idea while the masculine energy is needed to bring it into fruition.

Love Yourself Do you feel a deep love of self?

As in the physical realm, where you cannot give what you do not first possess, so is true in the emotional realm. The Law of Attraction states, whatever happens within your own heart will attract the very same outside. The love you desire from another must first bloom within yourself. You cannot give nor receive love if you do not first possess a deep love of self. Expecting another to love you more than you love you will always end in heartache. You must shower the very same love upon yourself that you shower upon another. If you want love with another you must first love yourself. Remember, others may enter and exit your life, the relationship you have with yourself is one which will last for all time.

You are the Soul you have been waiting for.

Shine Your Light Are you afraid of your brightness?

You must never dim your light to be accepted, to be loved or to make others feel at ease. Your light shines upon the darkness within others so that it may be a catalyst for their growth and expansion.

Your light is your beauty, your power, and your gift.

Others must witness it to guide them through their journeys. Just as you need the light of others to carry you through, they need your light as well.

Reach for the Stars Do you feel trapped?

You are limitless. The possibilities of who you may become and what you may manifest are infinite. The only limits that exist are the false beliefs that you impose upon yourself. These limits are based in fear; they are created by your Ego in an attempt to keep you safe.

Anytime you begin with “I am afraid” your ego is trying to resist your growth. Release and believe. Release any thought patterns that are holding you back and believe in all that you may become.

Stay the Course Are you questioning if you are on the right path?

Wherever you are is where you should be. Your intuition is your divine internal guidance system. Trust it. Do not give up or waiver in your faith that you are being guided to your highest version of yourself.

When you find your faith wavering, connect to all the energy and love that always surrounds you. Gather your strength to stay the course.

Choose to stay grounded in the truths that your heart and soul are whispering to you.

Trust Your Heart Do you look within yourself for your truth?

The physical sensations of your body speak to you. Tap into the wisdom of the ancient cultures. Place one hand on your heart, ask your higher self a question and listen for the answer. A yes will feel expansive.

Your body has a beautiful way of communicating with you, if you learn to quiet your mind; pay attention to the physical signs and lean into their meaning.

True Love Can you gracefully receive unconditional love?

Allowing another to love you requires a harmonious balance of strength and grace. To accept the love of another you must take a risk and open your heart, and allow the emotions to flow. True strength is evident in one who is willing to be vulnerable. This love exists in the now, whether or not you have met him or her in the present or not. It is here, waiting for you.

Open yourself to receive. It is there for you; you must simply accept it. Love becomes magic if you can allow another to be themselves, to love them freely without chasing, without running.

True love is a commitment to a higher realm.

Breathe Can you pause and fill your lungs?

The breath is the source of life for your body, your mind and your soul.

Inhale the unconditional love of the universe.

Exhale that which no longer serves you.

Be present in each breath. Feel the rise and fall of your stomach. Feel your ribs expand and contract. Feel your chest lift and settle.

Use your breath as a tool to create balance and a sense of self love and respect.

Look inside yourself. Look around you to soak up all that is there for your taking.

Stop and observe the truth around you with a clear mind and you will shift your perspective in a powerful way. When you feel life is stale and stagnant, take a moment of stillness to witness all that is occurring.

Allow the rays to fill the cup within your own heart, to rejuvenate, refresh and restore you with its luminous energy and power.

There is no need to rush through life or try to control your schedule. Each moment is precious. The best moment is now, not the future, not the past. He has infinite wisdom within planning of time. Lavish Care Upon Yourself Do you feel worthy?

You deserve the love that you so freely bestow upon others. Take a moment to feel it, accept it, and embrace it. What do you need? What nourishes your own heart? Take today to do that.

You cannot pour from an empty cup. You must attend to your own so that it is overflowing. Shower yourself with love and respect. You are not a mere option to another, you deserve to be cherished as the divine creature that you are.

Remember that when you feel at your best, you are then empowered to think better, live better, and love better. This card signifies it is time to turn your attention to your physical body. Cherish and love your body through proper hydration, exercise and healthy eating.

Read Are you taking the time to nourish your mind?

Study and learn to expand your awareness, perspective, and mind. A narrow mind will only produce judgements and a small life.

An aware mind will be enticing with wisdom, and can bring fullness to your life and welcome in more love and acceptance.

Smell a Rose Can you allow yourself to admire the simple beauty that surrounds you?

Take the time to be fully present in the simple miracles of life. Engage in the fullness of the human experience by using all of your senses to appreciate all the beauty and miracles around you. Do you see the dew drops on the grass blades?

Do you notice the calls of each bird? Can pick out the images in the clouds? There is much to learn from nature. Allow yourself the full and complete experience of life.

Appreciate Do you compare yourself to others?

The Law of Relativity simply states that what is unimportant to one may mean the world to another. Do not judge the worth of your attributes by those of another. There is of comparison. Many people complain of all they do not have, rather than recognize the value of all they do possess. The more you appreciate, the more you will see that there is beauty everywhere.

Learn to open your eyes to see all that is a gift, just waiting for you to see it. Appreciate the abundance of all that is, and use that awareness to bring more possibility and abundance into your life.

Be Lazy When was the last time you let yourself lie in the long grass?

Take time out for yourself and drop all the busyness of life. Find a moment to let go of the stress, worry, and noise and simply sink into an experience that makes you feel important, luxurious, and beautiful.

There is a time for action and a time to lean back. The Law of Vibration dictates that for as much as you do, you must also not do. This is a sign that it is time to relax.

Forgive Have you forgiven you?

Forgiving another is easy, forgiving yourself is not. To ascend you must forgive yourself for what you did when you did not know better. Forgive yourself for what you did to survive, when survival was no other option.

Accept the wounded parts of you and acknowledge how they have protected you, when you needed it.

Forgive and release them, now choosing to live from a place of unconditional love, acceptance, and surrender. Forgive yourself and others will forgive you.

Let Go of the Pain Can you release all that is holding you back?

Holding on to the pain will not help you heal.

You must feel it, and then you must release it.

Clearing pain imakes space for that which you actually do want to have. You may feel fear and trepidation to release the pain, as you have been carrying it around for so long, that you have found comfort in the familiarity of it.

To truly want to expand and grow into your highest self, you must let it go. Create space to welcome more of the good. Release the fear of the unknown, and bravely step into the new space with a desire for finding new possibilities that light you up and raise your vibrations.

You are Loved Can you feel all of the love that surrounds you?

You are loved by your family. You are loved by your friends. On a soul level you are loved by all those you have ever met, ever will meet or may never meet. The universe exists because of love. Love is all there is. In those moments when you feel alone, simply touch your heart, close your eyes and feel the love.

Connect to the invisible thread that ties all of our souls together in oneness. The Law of Oneness states we are all One; One Love.

Journal Do you respect the power of the written word?

Let your heart speak its truth. Allow your mind tell a story. There are many avenues for self-care, one of the most effective is giving yourself a moment to freely write. Take 10 minutes and simply let it flow out on the paper.

Be free with your words to uncover your truth. It may surprise you to see what comes out, but do not stop yourself. Getting it all out on paper can be very freeing. Silence the inner critic and express your thoughts, fears, emotions and beliefs.

Alchemy Everything had to happen the way it did in order for you to manifest your soul’s highest blueprint. There is a higher purpose and plan behind even our most devastating life experiences . The Law of Perpetual Transmutation states low vibrations may be changed to high vibrations depending on which energy you feed.

Experiencing trauma, allowing it to break open your heart is painful. Yet, without the trauma, you will not have the capacity to feel the depths of divine love . There are some who have accepted the responsibility of experiencing challenging, heart wrenching and tragedy so that they may bring love, freedom and light to those around them.

Receive When was the last time you allowed yourself to receive?

There is an art to receiving. Surrender to the divine. Release the need to control. Receive the grace which is always being offered. Allow life to flow. Stop resisting. Sit and meditate.

Empowered When was the last time you realized how powerful you really are?

You are enough. You are who you have been searching for. Everything that you need, is already inside you. Do not allow someone else to make you feel less than the powerful soul you are.

If you are made to feel invisible, ask yourself where you are not allowing yourself to be seen?

If you are feeling unheard, ask how you can be better at listening to your true self and speaking your truth. It is all within you.

Find Your Voice Are you afraid to speak your truth?

When we do not speak our truth we are denying the world a chance to learn the essence of our true soul. Those of us who have been quitted or have learned it is safer to stay silent than to stand in our light. However, when we deny our own authenticity, we deny ourselves the freedom of expressing who we were born to be, from expressing the lessons we have learned through the life we have learned.

Change the story from victim to survivor.

Everyone’s story is one which can help another learn to survive and then thrive. Find your voice and your courage to give words to your past. It will heal you and give strength to another.

Contemplate Have you tuned in to your inner voice?

Meditate. Tune into your heart. Bypass your ego.

Your ego “wants” and “has to have” your heart desires, even when your mind is telling you no.

When we allow ourselves to sit in contemplation we begin to clarify our thoughts are able to hear more clearly the inner wisdom of the heart which speaks to us in our stillness.

When we sit in contemplation, different from meditation we focus on a specific subject. So just for today, find 15 minutes to sit quietly. While taking a few breaths, place a hand on your chest and drop into your heart space. Focus on a specific question or issue which needs healing and ask yourself, your guides or your higher power for guidance or direction. Allow yourself to sit in the stillness so that you may hear the advice.

Draw a Circle Have you created a sacred energy space around you?

It is time to draw your boundaries and to protect your soul. In your mind’s eye imagine drawing a circle around yourself. Allow only the energies that will serve your highest good into your inner sanctuary. Release any energies that no longer serve you.

As you grow and expand, you will find new, higher energies being drawn to your new vibration. To protect this vibration you must be mindful of those you allow in your energy field.

Use this mantra when you need to stand in your boundaries

Cleanse Do you feel burdened with dense energy?

There are so many ways to cleanse yourself mentally, emotionally and physically of toxic substances and people which drain your energy and lower your vibration. Take a bath with salt to detoxify and purify your body.

Clear your living areas by decluttering and releasing that you no longer use, no longer bring you joy or no longer are of service to you.

Release your emotions by journaling. Remove all distractions that take away from the pure beauty of your existence and your truth.

True North Are you in alignment with the highest manifestation of your soul’s blueprint?

Sit with yourself and allow yourself to be guided from the inner knowing of your soul so that you may hear what your true self is telling you. There are many paths, and yet only one best path in your life.

When you are true to yourself, and listen to your heart you are walking the path upon which you are destined.

Touch the Ground Have you lost your center?

There are moments when chaos takes hold.

Our mind runs wild and our energy scatters.

When you find you have lost your center, take a moment and ground yourself so you may return to your core essence. Being overwhelmed is a symptom that you need to ground yourself.

Feel the ground beneath your feet, and stand firm with strong posture. Connect to your energy and breathe. Smell Frankincense. Or, more simply, just be. Move back into your center; move back into your power. Remember who you are.

Be Are you standing in quiet confidence?

There is incredible power in just being. Drop the lists of things to do, the rush, the stress, the chaos. Drop, instead, into your body and feel a sense of wonder for how it communicates with you.. You will receive more grace, more wisdom when you mindfully observe that which is occurring around you. Observe the present.

Simply Be. Be in this moment and embrace it fully. Stop resisting what has happened or what may happen.

The Law of Gender states everyone is made up of both the masculine”do” and the feminine “be” energies. There must be a balance of the two for you to be in alignment with your purpose. If you are always creating the change, balance the scales and let yourself simply be.

Be Grateful Have you counted your blessings?

Gratitude is a powerful force in the Universal Law of Attraction. Train yourself to focus on the miracles that surround you right now.

When you learn to be grateful for what is, instead of wanting what is not, you will immediately raise your vibration and will attract more and more of that which you desire. More will be given to you, once you feel gratitude for what already is yours.

Grow Are you ready to access your highest potential?

The Law of Action states you must act in order to achieve your potential. You must take action by planting seeds to grow.. Water the seeds with care; do so with daily intentions, with daily care of your body, and with routine meditation.

Feed the seeds with pure love, self-respect, and radical self acceptance. Watch yourself Become. Growth is exhibited in a state of being, a state of flow. Look for evidence of this growth when you respond to triggers with grace, patience, forgiveness, calm, and acceptance.

Release the Fear What controlling thoughts is your mind telling you, keeping you stuck in fear?

The root of all negativity stems from fear. If you learn to correctly identify the fear, you are then able to release it and choose differently. All decisions come down to fear or love. You decide what governs you. Listen to the clues that your body is giving you, when you are coming from a place of fear, because your body will always react.

Intuition is never based in fear.

Respect this process and learn to make it work for your growth. Feel the feelings in order to heal, and then release the fear. Decide to find the path of love, instead. Miracles do happen who you surrender to the divine.

Run Wild When did you last feel free?

Run with the wind and let yourself be free.

Release yourself from the chains that have held you hostage and throw your arms wide to let it all fall away. Laugh with the sheer joy of finally being set free.

It is only with freedom may you discover your true self, your true purpose and your true bliss. Release control and surrender to what will be.

Awaken Your Passions What excites your passions?

Find that which stirs your soul and makes you feel alive. Life becomes stale and stagnant if we forget to tend to that which lights a fire within us. Your inner fire is as important as your outer reality; stand for yourself and refuse to forget who you are and what makes you feel alive.

The core of your true essence is unique to you. Re-ignite the fire of your passions to elevate your energy and to remind yourself of how amazing you are.

Soul Family Have you found your heart's home?

Connect with those that speak to your soul. If you are not sure who this may be, they are the ones who will light you up in an instant. The people that make you feel at home, make you feel safe. They are your soul family. When you are being true to you, true to the essence of your unique core, they will be drawn to your energy.

The connection will not only be destined but also a powerful catalyst for your soul’s ascension and awakening. Allow yourself to outgrow and release the relationships that are no longer in alignment with your core’s vibration. Clear the space so you may open yourself to the connections that are meant for you.

Awaken Afresh What can you release as you awaken to a new day?

Each day provides you with new possibilities to grow and to heal. To rise to your soul’s highest potential you must release the old and let go of that which no longer serves you. It is only the present moment which matters.

Obsessing about the past does not change what happened. Worrying about the future does not ensure success. Forgive yourself for missteps of the past. Berating yourself will only exaggeration the pains of the mistakes.

All that you are searching for is already within you. You have not reincarnated to learn something new; you are here to reawaken to who you truly are, to the truths which reside within your own soul.

Uncover the essence of who you are that has been buried under fear. The lies you have told yourself have distorted your truth.

Remember who you truly are; you are the love and you are the light. Your purpose is to be truly, beautifully and unapologetically you.

You are Blessed When did you last bow your head to the greatness of life?

Pause, breathe, smile and Bow. Bow your head in reverence for what is, what shall be, and what has already passed. Surrender and release control to accept what is as it is.

It is only when you accept what is that you are able to see all the blessings that already exist in your world. It is by recognizing the small blessings will you be able to find peace and gratitude within your own soul.

Detach How can you detach more?

Let go of how something “should” be and let it just be. Release control. It is the ego that yells you will lose more by releasing control.

Trust that what is yours, will always be, and what is not meant for you, will fall away. It is all for your higher good.

Be the Lighthouse Do you stand strong in your own light?

Stay true to your boundaries; you do not need to “try” to heal others in order to prove your worth. Do not chase others to try to help them. You cannot fix another unless they want to be fixed. Trust that those who need your light will come to you, because you are the light.

A lighthouse stands still on a shore and shines its light to the ships, it is the decision of the ship’s captain whether or not they will follow the light to shore. You are a lighthouse; shine your light.
