ROAD TO YOUR FIRST CRORE Trading and Importance of a Process Oriented Approach
BY: ANUGRAH PACHORI
Becoming a “crorepati'' has always been a big deal for all of
us.
We
can’t
deny
that.
We
want
to
become
a
“crorepati”, to the least. With rising per capita income being cancelled off with rising inflation, it seems to be more urgent than ever to find new ways to achieve the “crorepati” goal.
MILLESIMAL| Page 4
If someone starts saving even a small amount per month in mutual funds or any other instrument which gives, say, 810% return, one can become a crorepati by the time one retires (given his avg. duration of working years be at least 25). Slow?? Since when did millennials love anything slow? Especially when we have a bucket list to check off, fast cars to drive, and travel the world “while we are young”!
This
brings
called
us
to
“Options”,
a
very
which
interesting is
also
the
financial 9th
instrument
wonder
of
the
world. Can you guess what the 8th wonder of the world is?
What are Options? Most
of
us
understand
the
concept
of
trading
stock
markets. We understand the process of buying and selling shares of a company with a view for profits. Trading stocks (and
now
cryptos)
have
been
known
to
generate
a
substantial ROI, and the trader can double his money in two year (avg) if he is smart and follows a set of trading rules; as compared to an asset which provides a return of 7-8%, doubling your money in 9-10 years.
MILLESIMAL| Page 5
Options have a similar process that drives them, buying them cheap, selling them expensive and vice versa. The only difference which enhances ROI in Options Trading is their pricing and leverage.
For example, if you buy 1000 shares of Infosys at 1700 and sell them at 1800, you make a profit of Rs. 1,00,000. Your investment amount is 1000*1700 = Rs.17,00,000 - that’s a lot!
However, if you buy 1000 options qty of Infosys, at say, Rs. 150
each,
then
your
total
investment
becomes
just
Rs.
1,50,000 and if during that time Infosys rises to 1800 from 1700, you can expect the value of your options to rise to 200-220 giving you a profit of 50k-70k!
If we compare the ROI in both the cases, we find that:
That’s the power of options!!

Road to our First Crore For an avg. working person, it can be daunting to ever see a
corpus
of
one
crore
rupees
even
after
working
for
30years. Less savings, poor investment choices, and rising inflationary expenses are all detrimental to our wealth. However, with proper guidance, hard work, self-discipline and financial planning, it is achievable.
Save 40% of Your Income It
can
be
monthly
tricky
income
and after
challenging taxes!
to
save
However,
40%
this
is
of a
our
must
decision one must make to see substantial wealth. It’s the early days when we earn, save and invest, which grows our wealth.
Live Frugally Don’t buy anything luxurious which is not an absolute need for you with your money in the initial days. “Pay
the
price
now,
so
that
you
can
pay
any
price
tomorrow!” Save that money, trade it, grow it, invest it, and become wealthy! With Options you reduce your time to become a crorepati, under proper guidance, you can hit that mark very quickly!

The Most Important Thing to Get Started TAKE UP EDUCATION AND TRAINING UNDER A PROPER MENTOR: This cannot be underrated at any moment. The number of people
losing
money
in
trading
is
overwhelming.
Their
“gambling behaviour” is the key reason followed by “no knowledge and training at all”.
For the act of driving a car, if we seek proper training under an expert, why do we mess things up when it comes to our hard earned money?
Under the training, we learn; A proper set of trading rules which are timeless and tested. A proper risk management system which protects our capital when markets are going against us (it is a very natural phenomenon). To become self-disciplined and immune to our own impulsive emotional reactions which are a reflection of our “gambling behaviour”.
MILLESIMAL| Page 8
If we closely examine, we will find that everything we learn as a trader, is actually a similar process to everything else in life. No matter if we are an employee, businessman, artist, sportsperson - a successful process is followed, the downside is always managed, and self-discipline is always stressed upon!
Final Words As a crorepati, many things in life become easy because money is a powerful resource. However, true happiness is never derived from any sort of material success. And so long the idea of our happiness is not attached to any material success what-so-ever, material failures will never disturb us and we can, thus, focus on our goal like an eagle and push through the many inevitable hardships that come. All the best!
