Startups give birth to the most challenging and innovative ideas of people. They are one of the major sources for boosting the economy of the country. Most of the successful startups like Zomato, Flipkart, OYO, etc, have proved that with the zeal of doing something and empowering innovative ideas, one can move from 0 to everything.

A startup could be small or big both have the power to give birth to employment. It is what everything is all about creating employment and boosting the economy of the country. Let us have a look Why startups are much needed in India?

An array of innovations

New innovations are always going to separate us from others. India is a country with several markets which do face many challenges. To handle business, people today need a lot of online stuff to make life easier. It is where the need for entrepreneurs comes in, building innovative ideas & customer trust. Some of the top startups have also led to wings fly over international markets.

Startups proved to have a convenient and easy life. One can easily check restaurants, order food, book OLA cabs, book movie tickets, flights, connect with people around the world, etc. all, with ease of a click. It directly benefits every individual in the country. Everyone must acknowledge the way startups are growing and making life easier. Moreover, there are still some weaker sections of society where this reach is needed. Some prescribed and leading startups are in need to benefit every citizen of the country.

Government initiatives for startups

The Government of India is so happy to see the growth through startups. It's not only boosting the GDP of the country but also enhancing people's knowledge of new technologies. The Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi, had already passed bills for boosting digital startups in the country. The total budget set for the startup initiative is around 2000 Crore Rs. They are ready to help with money for every innovative idea.

Thus, there is a need for more people to join the initiative and submit their ideas for better well-being.

Investment from Foreign Countries

Not only a single country is supporting startups, but foreign investors are also coming forward for the same.

It should be taken as a positive invite for innovators.

World's top Venture Capitalists are ready to support and invest in top ideas, but they rarely find some. OYO, is already funded by the top-most companies in the world. First of all, people must be aware of such initiatives of government and investors. There is a need to bring on this challenge and spread awareness among people.

The Spark of Competition

More number of startups would surely create an environment of competition for others. This environment is positive and will let people do something big than the existing one. The spark of competition will make people understand the way they can take forward the pre-existing scenarios. It would end the monopoly in any field and resource better ideas. Likewise, Swiggy ended the monopoly of Zomato in India.

CONCLUSION

Startups are the foundation of a developed country.

Young Talents of the county should come forward if they have innovative ideas. Entrepreneurship is itself an enthusiasm for the ones who are willing to build.

Every country like India should have such an initiative to empower startups irrespective of individual's degree or background. It would help every section of the society to extend their hands & luck.

When I was in school and someone asked me ,"What do you want to become when you grow up"? I would say "a business woman".Little did I know that this would actually come true.

Me Shagun Jain Co founded a company named Kids Gym with Sunita Sethi in the year 2012, when the word Start Up was not a part of anyone's dictionary. The company's prime focus and objective was fitness activities for kids. We got a tremendous respect and we started organizing birthday parties around the gym and fitness theme which gave birth to Party Plannerz.

For any business to sustain longer u need to be innovative and so was the case with us.Since variety is what people look for we started orgnizing birthdays on other kids friendly themes .We tied up with few other popular venues and offered those to our clients under a one-stop shop called PartyPlannerz.

We further diversified to theme parties ,1st birthdays and milestone birthdays for all age groups.

We then got empaneled with few premium venues in Delhi NCR and further increased the scope of our work. We hence stepped into wedding planning and decorations for other social functions like anniversaries and other pre wedding functions like mehndi ,engagement etc. .

Thereon there was no looking back and work boomed for us.With special emphasis on detailing keeping in mind theclients budget we have a long list of happy clients. With destination weddings being next on our platter we aim to go pan india and glorify as many happy moments of our clients and make them special memories to cherish always.

JOURNEY OF AN INFLUENCER

My journey to an influencer during pandemic, It was the time when corona was just flaring up and i was planning for my wedding which was supposed to happen in august, In march 2020 I had gone for a week to stay at my uncle's house when suddenly complete lockdown was announced due to the covid situation in India With no other option i had to stay back at my uncle's place and During The third week, with tensed ambience all around, I was hoping for a better news to come our way, because all we wanted was to start the wedding preparations but contrary to our expectations, the utter horror, it was announced that the lockdown will increase further until the next announcement, which meant the wedding would get postponed to an indefinite date.

This led to the beginning of my depression & anxiety, but somehow instead of sulking in, I decided to do something productive, I had only 5 pairs of clothes, some makeup and was stuck at my uncle's place. So I managed to get some more clothes from my relatives though My house was just 40 minutes away I couldn't go back due to the lockdown, and thus couldn't manage things.

With all of this lockdown situation happening around I started my You tube journey and at first I started uploading videos related to makeup, skincare & health. I also started putting up vlogs on my channel because I really enjoyed vlogging my day to day activities, Slowly I started gaining followers and subscribers and Now I feel proud of myself because i have almost 3K+ followers on Instagram and i am happy that I did not just waste my pandemic time, I did something beneficial and I am still continuing with it

One thing that i would love to share is that it wasn't easy coping with the emotional breakdowns, negative thoughts, depression & severe anxiety issues. I was an emotional mess as i was away from my loved ones but still I managed to gather all my courage and kept going and did not gave up. i feel If I can do it, anyone can. Nothing comes easy, struggle is something everyone face, never giving up & determination is the key to success CONNECT WITH HER: @ameena_gulam
