ABOUT BABES RISING

BabesRising is a new company dedicated to the holistic empowerment of young women (ages 18-24). Through their online Coaching Platform & Community, BabesRising is connecting young women to female life coaches who can serve as relatable, supportive role models, as well as providing them with monthly workshops, interviews, and "money dates" and tools like guided meditations, journaling prompts, healthy recipes, & beyond.

BabesRising is on a mission to end the vicious cycles of pressure, competition, comparison, and jealousy amongst young women. The focus is to provide young women with the personal and relational skills that they aren't getting from schools so that they can thrive in our world, exactly as they are. The areas of empowerment that BabesRising focuses on include: Body Love, Relationship with Food, Mental Health, Emotional Wellness, Relationships, Holistic Health & Wellness, Self Love, Grounded Spirituality, and Mindset / Self Talk.

Young women can try out the BabesRising Coaching Platform & Community for FREE for one week to get to know the coaches, feel into the community, and explore the resources before signing up for a monthly plan!
