The facility includes a gymnasium with one full-size basketball court or two side courts, a physical activity room with wall mirrors, wood floors, a ballet bar, and a multi-purpose room for special classes and after school activities. Visit the

Center to learn about open gym, before and after school programs, recreation classes, and facility room rentals.

Sunrise Kids Program

For students in Kindergarten (am classes only) through 8th grade attending Cal Aero Preserve. Trained staff provide a caring environment. Participants enjoy quiet time, group games, crafts, and a wake-up exercise. A light breakfast is provided. Staff walks participants to the school campus before the morning bell. The program is offered only on school days per the CVUSD school calendar. Program Hours: 6:00-8:30 am Fees: $68 per week/child or $28 per day/child. Advance registration is required as space is limited. Fees must be paid in full by Friday before attending the program. Prerequisite registration required prior to signing up daily or weekly, using the code. Code: 10147, school year 2020/21 (no fee)

High Five Program

• Homework Assistance • Recreational Activities • Educational Enrichment • Daily Snack Grades: Afternoon Kindergarten to 8th grades Time: Mon-Fri from dismissal time until 6:00 pm Weekly Fees: $45 pp/$20 pp* Session Fees: $150 pp/$60 pp* Participant fees are due on Friday prior to week or 4-week session of attendance. *Reduced rates are available to those who qualify and provide proof of participation in CVUSD free/reduced lunch program.

Drop-In Pickleball

Join us for Pickleball every Thursday at the Preserve Community Center from 1:00-6:00 pm. Pickleball is a combination of badminton and tennis. It is fun for all ages. Bring your family and friends!

Open-Gym Basketball

Get in a great workout, a pick-up game, or just practice your skills. To participate in open-gym basketball, participants must purchase a membership card for $5. The schedule is subject to change. For an open-gym schedule, visit teamsideline.com/chino.

Fall-Tastic-Fun-tivities

Get in the holiday spirit with fall theme crafts and activities. Crafts can be taken home to display all season long. Participants will create personalized works of art that require creativity, focus, and fun! On the last day of class, participants will create a hand print ornament to bring memories for years to come. Note: No class on Nov 11 and 25. Wilderness Survival Camp

Survive and thrive! Participants will learn the fundamentals of wilderness survival. Learn how to recognize animal tracks, construct tarp tents, make a backpack out of jeans, construct a sun clock, identify poisonous plants, and write with berry ink! The last day of class participants will put their skills to test with a scavenger hunt. Location: Preserve Community Center, 15800 Main Street Instructor: City Staff

Zombie Survival Camp

Put your Zombie knowledge to the test with this fun, interactive, and fictional camp. Participants will learn how to survive a zombie apocalypse by solving challenging puzzles, games, and activities. The last day of class will consist of an age appropriate Escape Room type challenge. Location: Preserve Community Center, 15800 Main Street Instructor: City Staff
