


We are pleased to announce that the Miller Group has successfully leased our 101,000 square foot building, known as Bosky Quay, to Power Train Industries, Inc (“PTI”). PTI is a leading provider of driveline solutions to the automotive aftermarket and is a subsidiary of Dorman Products, a publicly traded company on the Nasdaq stock market. The property is conveniently located one mile south of Interstate 264 off London Bridge Road in Virginia Beach. PTI will be neighbors with companies such as IMS Gear, Sanjo, and Amazon. This lease agreement marks an exciting development for both PTI and the Miller Group, and we look forward to a successful partnership.

- Tim Harkins, President of The Miller GroupFairwinds Landing, a Miller Group Development, broke ground recently on an offshore wind Monitoring and Coordination Center (MCC) at our 111-acre port terminal in Norfolk. The construction of the MCC represents Phase 1 of a multi-phase redevelopment to transform the former Lamberts Point Docks into a world-class marine logistics center. Fairwinds Landing will provide the revitalized port infrastructure needed to support growth in three of the industrial pillars of the Hampton Roads’ economy – offshore wind, shipbuilding, and intermodal transportation.
In July, we celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony for New Realm Brewery & Distillery at our development Blue Point at the Riverfront in Suffolk, Virginia. We were honored to have the Mayor of Suffolk, Michael Duman, and the Founder and CEO of New Realm, Carey Falcone, join us for this momentous occasion. Together, we are bringing a new brewery and restaurant to Suffolk and the second New Realm in Hampton Roads.
The 6,000 square-foot facility will be a hub of creativity and flavor, featuring a 5-barrel brewhouse, a restaurant, a covered rooftop patio, a bar, and an impressive 8,000 square-foot beer garden. But that’s not all! The beer garden will have a dog-friendly outdoor bar and covered patio, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the fantastic atmosphere.
