Introduction: My name is Reinhardt Miller , I Am a real estate agent based in Abu Dhabi UAE. I've worked in the real estate sector for 10+ years within Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The first company i've worked for was micasa real estate Dubai, Whereby i sold property in the arabian ranches and JVC. Once I completed my work with micasa real estate I then worked for Crompton partners real estate Dubai, Whereby I sold property in Arabian ranches over a period of 1 year. Following my work with crompton partners I then worked for Fam properties Dubai , As a real estate sales agent selling property in CityWalk Jumeirah. I sold 12+ apartments and leased dozens of apartments in city walk jumeirah. I was doing well for myself at the time in 2019. However I decided there should be a change in Sales Location , therefor I began selling property in Downtown Dubai.

This was a turbulent time period in my life , Sales werent as abudant as the were in city walk at the time and Off plan property sales proved to be stagnant at the time. I Then received a job offer to work in property management in South Africa , I Resigned from my job role as real estate sales agent at fam properties. I Worked in property management in south africa for a total of 2 years, Leasing property, Managing maintenance and repair and landscaping. Once I Completed my work in property management I Then moved back to Abu Dhabi, I received a Golden Visa.

I Decided to enter the real estate market as a sales agent once again , I worked for gravity real estate Abu Dhabi for 2 Months as an off plan sales agent. I was disatisfied with the work environment at gravity real estate and decided to resign.

After this i received a job offer from proflex real estate abu dhabi for Off plan sales agent and Off plan team leader. During my 4 Months of working for proflex real estate I managed a sales team of 4-6 Sales

agents specifically focused on selling off plan property. I Worked with 25+ Developers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai whilst at proflex Including Aldar, Eagle hills, Q holding, saas , imkan , Jubail island, Tiger group, Radiant , Binghatti , Sobha hartland , Azizi developments and Luxe developers. This was a period of time in which i gained off plan real estate experience to the full extent. I was truly thankful for this experience at proflex real estate, however it was my time to resign as Off plan sales did not prove profitable after 4 Months of working at proflex real estate.

I Completed dozens of interviews during this time period between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, With the intent to secure a job in the real estate sector. Following my work with proflex real estate , I then received a job offer from Bramwell and partners real estate Abu Dhabi in which i would work as a real estate agent for off plan property. I Am now currently working for bramwell real estate as a sales agent and I've Taken initiative to advertise my personal name on Social Media, youtube and linkedin for Real estate consultancy services. I Am a licenced real estate agents seeking to provide clients with the most lucrative real estate investment options in the UAE. Following this I worked for huspy real estate for a total of 5 months as a real estate sales agent. This helped me expand my real estate knowledge of the real estate sector in Abu Dhabi.

After I completed by work with Huspy Mortgage brokers I then registered a company in South Africa, cape town , named: Miller commodities investment holding pty ltd. The business has now been operating for a total of 2 years with 10 employees and offices in Cape Town, South Africa. I have invested all of my money and knowledge into the business and seek to attract long term clients for my business venture. The business exports from south africa internationally and nationally. We seek to expand into 40 offices globally, with 500 employees. Commodities trade is an extremely volatile market with trade happening every 20 minutes of the day , Commodities trade is also extremely lucrative if you play your cards right and do thorrough research. I started in commodities trade naively , Without knowing the trade routes and Trade system of gold, diamonds and silver. The years went by and I Begun to delve deeper into the market of gold and diamonds, I came to realisation that the most illicit and illegal trade in Africa and Asia Is gold and diamonds. I decided to fight corruption and illicit trade, And establish my business for the long term. I might have been slightly uninformed about the key players in the market and how they earned their money, But who was I to get involved in that type of business.

2025 was a year of new trades and business dealings, I Gained many clients in the commodities sector who wanted to buy gold, silver ,diamonds , Crude oil almost on a daily basis. I came to the realisation that the gold and diamonds and silver needed to be purchased and warehoused in South Africa. Where was i Going to get the capital? I decided to take the business challenges as it came and even went for interviews and job openings to fund the business and trade, However, My family advised me to stick to my business i was running and make the most of it. i went back to the drawing board and Devised marketing strategies and ways of Advertising my brand globally, Thats where i established my name and

brand on instagram, twitter, youtube, and Via website. I even did podcasts and Live vlogs to sustain the interest in my platform and e commerce site. My audience was not that large and i gained subscribers and registrations however it wasn't at the milestone of millions in 2025. One year later November 2025, I found inspiration to write a Brief Book about my involvement in commodities trade, and why I chose this sector to earn my fortune.

A fortune is not easy to make, Lets not get it wrong. A fortune comes from years of hard work, Self motivation and earnings. I decided to take the challenges as it came monthly and earn my money and profits month after month, Year after year. I realised there are no short cuts. Money is hard to generate Even Online or Via e commerce.

Commodities trade Forced me to do research about gold and silver , And i came to the understanding that it was currency in ancient era 150 BC even before than. We use Paper currency or Dollar in 2025, However the reality of merchants and Empires during those years were harsh and tough, And gold and silver were hard to come by. Horses , donkeys, construction materials, workers ,food, water we traded using This currency of gold and silver especially in north africa and Middle east.

Why is gold and silver not used today? Well the truth is that gold and silver are definately used for trade and barter, Gold most frequently used in gold souqs , and markets of Asia. The dollar fluctuates with gold and silver prices increasing or decreasing simply put. But how important is gold and silver in trade? Very important, yes, Without a physical commodity to be traded theres no real value. Nowadays were aware of bitcoin and Digital currency, Let me tell you it isnt wise to invest your money in it. instead, Open a bank vault, And store gold, silver, diamonds and gemstones. Im a traditional businessman but i would say most companies are not doing it in 2025.

My advise , Open a bank vault and store real assets with stable value and pricing, That way if your investments in bitcoin and digital currency do not work , you have a physical tangible asset to trade in 2025. We dont know what the future holds but its the truth that the stock market is far too volatile.

Learn from traders mistakes and dont put your money in stock market, Instead investment in commodities, in assets with real value.

Coming back to the ancient era and Construction, I have worked for 7 years in real estate within dubai and abu dhabi, Do they use gold and silver to buy materials and do generate real estate transactions, no?

Some companies will use bitcoin , Some companies will use other cryptocurrencies, but why not gold and silver. The construction industry needs to learn from Ancient Civilisation that in fact , Gold and silver is a real value and currency and reassures investors and Sellers of building materials that there is money and wealth.

Chinese investors and american investors use gold and diamonds as a wager, even most large banks in the west, But lets come to the understanding of how important it is. Reserve capital and reserve wealth is crucial in trade and financial Dealings, We need to have guarantee that there is gold and silver storage in vault , Even if were not willing to pay cash.

The most advanced empires and civilisations including ancient egypt and Pharoah used gold as a

measure of wealth and trade, They used gold in burial and Pyramid of giza, They were in fact of means and had vast wealth, It was for a fact. modern civilsation do not use the Tangible asset to measure their wealth instead they have cash/ Currency in trade and wealth storage in banks. They are in fact wealthy Individuals, And hopefully they would explain to us why it is only cash storage in banks and not gold and silver.

Wise men, have conquered this planet including the romans, and infact they used gold to barter and trade at the markets. Most construction , and trade have never been accomplished without gold and silver, Inclusive of countries like spain, portugal and UK. Gold and Silver was used to trade and barter. Im now 31 years old and I intend to store gold and silver as a means of wealth storage, to be safe and secure in my financial dealings, Backed by Modern day currency US dollar, Pound sterling.
