MOVES & MELODIES Moves & Melodies is an age friendly project for adults which involves song & dance workshops.

SUBSCRIBE & WIN We are keen to get our Access Newsletter out to as many people as possible.

It is open to all and is also dementia friendly.

If you would like to be sent the Newsletter by email Thursday 23 June @ 2pm - 3.30pm please forward your email This project will be provided complimentary and is address to held once a month in our Studio Theatre. ACCESS FOR ALL MEMBERSHIP SCHEME Our Access for All Scheme has been designed for people with physical/sensory or cognitive disabilities, in order to assist when attending shows.

STAFF TRAINING Signed Performance The Millennium inclusive venue our staff have training courses

Forum strives to be a more and over the last few months participated in the following -

Deaf Awareness Training this training assisted staff with promoting the positive aspects of deafness and social inclusion Makaton Level 1 - we now have 4 staff who have completed this training and we are working on training for Level 2 and to have more staff complete Level 1.

Sign Language Training - a number of our staff are currently taking part in a 3 week course on ISL and BSL sign language If you think our staff would benefit for training on a specific area please let us know.

ENERGY OF LIGHT DISCO Our next Energy of Light Disco takes place on Friday 24 June @ 8.30pm-10pm in our Studio Theatre.

Our Energy of Light Disco is non stop fun for everyone, even our staff who have been known to show off their dance moves on the floor!! From the first song starts until the last song is played the dance floor never empties - come along and see for yourself - you won't regret it.

Come along to the monthly Energy of Light Disco’s, a monthly disco for adults aged 15+ who are experiencing limited physical, sensory and or learning ability.

Carers and Parents Go Free complimentary tea/coffee provided

DEMENTIA FRIENDLY TEA DANCE Our next Dementia Friendly Tea Dance will take place in the Studio Theatre on Thursday 30 June @ 2pm - 3.30pm - SOLD OUT On Sale Now - Thursday 25 August TEA DANCE ON TOUR We are delighted to be taking our Tea Dance out on tour to Derg Valley Care Centre on Thursday 28 July @2pm-3.30pm - a few tickets still available We are actively encouraging participation and hoping to improve brain health and remove isolation for members of our community. The events at the Forum sell out monthly and we hope we can reach out to people in the community who will benefit from this event.
