Composer, poet, violinist, teacher of the highest category, and craniosacral therapist — Oksana VOITOVYCH lives at the intersection of art and deep sensitivity. Her work is the language of the heart, and her therapeutic practices are the language of the body. In this interview, Oksana reveals her own philosophy of harmony, shares the lessons of the year, talks about the path of a teacher and mother of a unique boy listed in the Book of Records of Ukraine, and talks about new bold projects.
— Mrs. Oksana, you work with sound, body, words and subtle sensations. What inner experience helped you combine music and therapy?
— This year, I realised that the body is a musical instrument that needs tuning and rest. My main lesson is to listen to silence even in times of anxiety. I realised that the craniosacral rhythm and musical vibration speak the same language. Medicine and music have become a single philosophy for me, where touch heals just as much as melody. True creativity is impossible without a free body, and therapy is impossible without a calm soul.
— Your professional image combines strength and tenderness. How do you manage to maintain this?
— I am not afraid to be different. In my creative work, I am sensitive and romantic, but in life, I am disciplined and determined. For me, sensitivity is sincerity, and strength is faith. My formula for femininity is gentleness in feelings and steadfastness in goals.
— You are shaping a new generation of artists. Which of your teaching approaches are most effective for students?
— I am not exactly a “classical” teacher. The most important thing is trust. I am sensitive when a child needs inspiration, and demanding when it comes to discipline. We don’t just teach music — we live it. I create original arrangements so that even the youngest students feel like they are part of a large ensemble. Our creative evenings make us a real family.
— Oksana, you are the mother of a unique boy. How do you combine this with creativity and teaching?
— I don’t separate my roles, but live them as a whole. My son is growing up in my creative environment and sees my work from the inside. For me, harmony in the family begins with a fulfilled woman. I want to be an example of hard work, light, strength and making the right choices for him.
— What bold goals are you setting for yourself this year?
FROM EDITORS:
We thank Mrs. Oksana for her sincerity and inspiration. Her perspective on creativity, pedagogy, and motherhood is truly valuable to our readers.
— It is time for internal changes. I am delving into spiritual development and strive to share the knowledge that has transformed me. I am planning new musical projects where I will combine sound and sessions. My breakthrough is the moment when a person, after meeting me or my music, finds a connection with their own wisdom. I want to give faith and help people live consciously and with love.

The digitisation of law opens up new opportunities for citizens. Online notary services ensure accessibility and high professional standards. Nadiia GRYB is a licensed notary in the state of Florida (USA) and a Remote Online Notary, combining international experience with modern technology.
level of security. Communication, attentiveness, and professional responsibility on the part of the notary are also important in ensuring client confidence.
— Digital services significantly expand opportunities for citizens, especially those who are abroad. What advantages of online notary services do you consider most significant for clients in the current circumstances?
— Mobility, time savings, and availability of services regardless of location. For Ukrainians abroad, this is an opportunity to issue powers of attorney and other documents, protect family and business without additional logistical difficulties.
— The profession of a notary involves not only legal accuracy, but also a subtle understanding of a person’s life circumstances. What is your personal philosophy of work manifested in online interaction with clients?
— Technology is no substitute for humanity. Every document is a responsibility and part of the client’s life story. The combination of accuracy, ethics, and empathy gives the client a sense of support even in a remote format.
— The legal field is currently being actively transformed by technology. What, in your opinion, will determine the further development of online notary in Ukraine and its role in shaping a new legal culture?

— Online notary services are rapidly gaining popularity in Ukraine. What prompted you to introduce this format into your own practice, and what do you see as its strategic value for the development of the notarial sector?
— The impetus was the life and needs of clients in different countries. Online notary allows you to get the service quickly, legally and without geographical restrictions. In the USA, this format is fully regulated and integrated into the legal system. Its strategic value is accessibility, preservation of legal ties and protection of family and business interests.
— In the notary profession, trust is the fundamental basis for interaction with clients. What are the specifics of building this trust in a remote work format, and what tools are used to ensure it?
— Trust is built on clear procedures: ID verification, KBA control questions, video recording, and electronic journal keeping. This creates an additional
— Legislative changes, the development of digital infrastructure, and the willingness of notaries to work with new tools will be decisive. The combination of ethics and technology will shape a culture of trust and responsibility.
— The remote format opens up new horizons, while requiring additional responsibility. What are the main challenges of online notary practice and what makes them points of professional growth?
— The challenges are associated with high requirements for security and accuracy. Each remote session requires attention and control. It is these requirements that shape professional growth and the ability to provide the client with the maximum level of protection.
The editorial team of the Millennium Club sincerely thanks Mrs. Nadiia for participating in the project and providing meaningful answers. We wish her further professional success and the development of innovative practice.

— Halyna! We are happy to welcome you again! What exactly supports you in moments of doubt and challenge?
— I am sustained by my faith — in God, in the meaning of every experience, in growth through trials. My family values are my foundation: honesty, responsibility, respect for others. I remind myself that strength does not lie in control, but in the ability to maintain inner peace and act consciously, with dignity and love for others.
— In what situations has the combination of professionalism and humanity brought about the most significant changes?
— When working with the team under stressful conditions, I relied not only on clear organisation, but also on support and open dialogue. The atmosphere of partnership yielded results: processes accelerated, initiative increased, and each participant felt like a leader. Humanity strengthened the professional component — and this became a point of growth and mutual trust.

Mrs. Halyna, we are delighted to see you again on the pages of Millenium Club!
Your work is a harmonious combination of psychological depth, managerial wisdom and a keen sense of the human soul. You help teenagers, young people and adults find inner strength, discover their own resources and regain selfconfidence. Your approach is a delicate force that combines strategic thinking with empathy. Today we are talking about the true power of women — loyalty to values, a combination of professionalism with humanity and faith, which creates a space of trust even in the most difficult times.
— What was the experience that most strengthened your faith in your own resources?
— Working with women in crisis situations. When you see how, after feeling lost, a person finds the strength to move on, you realise that everyone has inner resources. The support of the team and the challenges of wartime have only deepened my faith — in myself and in people, in our ability to recover.
— Has there ever been an incident that left a permanent mark on your heart and changed your view of the profession?
— There are many such stories. The most valuable moment is when you see the change in a person’s eyes. When support restores hope and motivation, a deep awareness of the correctness of the chosen path comes. Especially when you yourself are going through difficult stages — it makes the help sincere, profound and truly alive.
— How did the strength of your principles manifest itself during this period of
uncertainty?
— I chose honesty and transparency in communication. Frank discussions about difficulties and prospects created an atmosphere of stability and trust. People felt their own importance, and this inspired them to act confidently, take responsibility, and support each other.
— How do you replenish your inner resources to remain true to yourself and discover new opportunities?
— Prayer, reflection, discipline, and continuous learning. I check my decisions against my values and remember that my path is one of service through professionalism, filled with an inner light instilled by my family and reinforced by faith.
A woman’s true strength lies in her fidelity to her values. When management is combined with humanity, and professionalism with faith, even in times of trial, a space of trust, support and profound transformation is born.

Kateryna Sheremetyeva is the founder of the «Hedonism Therapy» project and the author of the transformative game «Senses Decision Matrix». Despite the war challenges, she continues to develop as a professional and help others.
In 2024, Mrs. Kateryna took an important step – she entered the third stage of Gestalt therapy to become a supervisor and trainer in Vienna. Now she is preparing to enter a postgraduate program. Her studies will last four years, and this is a way for her to switch from the topic of war to self-development.
The losses suffered by our people and country have the greatest impact on Kateryna. The daily news of tragedies is extremely exhausting. Exactly this probably forced her decision to start a new study.

Like many of us, Kateryna faces with her own challenges. She learns to get up after nightly shelling and sleepless nights and continue working. Of course, the most difficult thing was to cope with emotional exhaustion – fear, anxiety and a sense of powerlessness. Physical activity, meditation, reading and communication with loved ones help her. These practices allow her to maintain emotional stability.
Today, Kateryna notes an increase in the number of resorts related to anxiety, apathy, fear and grief from the loss of loved ones. People need support in difficult life circumstances.
There is also a rapid increase in cases of neurosis, depression and post-traumatic stress disorder. This applies not only to those who are in the war zone, but also to everyone who experiences prolonged stress. These challenges have a significant impact on all aspects of life.
“I recommend that everyone finds an opportunity to switch off from disturbing events, even by way of household things or small pleasures”, Mrs. Kateryna notes.

Spring is the time for gardening! Oksana Bazhynova, a well-known astrologer, numerologist and tarot reader, has been farming for many years, growing various crops on her own plot. She determines the most favourable periods for planting.
– Mrs. Oksana, farming can be a kind of therapy for problems. How does astrology explain this?
– Working on the ground is a great way to harmonise the influence of Saturn, the sign of Capricorn, and the element of Earth. If a person has tense aspects with Saturn in their horoscope, this can manifest itself in difficulties in achieving goals. Try farming and you will notice positive changes in your life.
– And now to practice: what influences a successful harvest?
– To get a good harvest, you should take into account the zodiac sign
through which the Moon passes. The most important thing is which signs are active during this period.
The most favourable days for planting are when the Moon is in Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces, Capricorn, Virgo and Taurus, i.e. in the signs of the elements of Water and Earth. This year, on 10 June, Jupiter moves into Cancer, which will start a favourable period for planting vineyards and fruit trees.
– What are the best days to work on the land this spring?
– Calendar of favourable days for planting:
March — 3, 4, 8, 9, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 27, 31 (14-29 March is the eclipse corridor, so this period is unstable).
April — 1, 4, 5, 9, 14, 15, 19, 20, 23, 24, 28.
May — 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 11, 16, 17, 21, 22, 25, 26, 29, 30.
I wish all gardeners a bountiful harvest and inspiration!

There is a little saboteur who lives inside each of us and prevents us from achieving what we want. Who is he and how can we stop him? Let’s reveal the secrets of our psychological defences together with expert Olha DEMEDCHUK.
Мental defence mechanisms are unique “tools” of our mind that can cope with anxiety and conflict. When reality becomes too terrifying or overwhelming, our mind, a master illusionist, creates a fence.
Let’s identify the most effective and insidious defence mechanism, which is almost impossible to comprehend on your own – avoidance.
Avoidance is a strategy when a person tries to escape from a situation that causes fear or discomfort without directly solving it. It’s like hiding from problems in the shadows, hoping that they will disappear by themselves.
Defence mechanisms are aimed at maintaining a person’s positive perception of themselves. But how they do this depends on the degree of development of emotional intelligence – the depth of self-knowledge and self-perception.
Each person is a unique world in their outlook on life, their experience and views. Everyone is capable of sharing their skills and knowledge, already acquired through experience, with others, and someone definitely needs it. But due to self-depreciation, fears and insecurity, avoidance is used. And then such excuses as “What if I’m not ready enough?”, “What if I will not justify expectations?”, “Maybe I need to

prepare a little more?”… And so from month to month, lead to stagnation and sabotage the manifestation, income and realisation of potential.
When the world around us is collapsing and every day we are in stress, I would recommend: taking care of and caring for ourselves. Our main executioner can sit in our heads and fan the flames of anxiety, trapping us in even greater stress.
Recognising our defence mechanisms will help us accept ourselves and build internal support.

Anna RUFANOVA, in our opinion, the most famous proctologist of our time, in the New Year’s Eve issue, shares not only her achievements over the year, but also emphasises the importance of taking care of your own health. Thanks to her extensive practical experience in medicine, Mrs. Anna continues to learn and introduce innovations for the comfort of her patients. In our conversation, we review the year and look to the future.
Throughout 2024, Mrs. Anna actively studied and participated in numerous projects, including online courses in proctology and related disciplines. For her, professional development is not just a goal, but a duty to her patients.
For active charitable work and contribution into medicine, Anna Rufanova was awarded the international awards “Business Gravity. TOP-100”, the Gold Star “Grand Doctor” order, the honorary orders “Volunteer of Ukraine”, “Leader of Ukraine 2023” and “Pride of the Ukrainian Nation” as well as received the all-Ukrainian award “Woman of the Third Millennium”.
We would like to remind that at «ON Clinic Dnipro» Anna uses only the most modern technologies for the treatment of delicate problems in proctology – without surgery and those ones that do not require a long recovery period. The greatest advantage of minimally invasive methods is that the patient can solve his or her problem without pain, in just one session.
In addition to professional activity, the doctor is an official partner of the volunteer NGO “Angels Movement”. Since the first days of the full-scale invasion, she has been helping internally displaced

persons and supporting defenders of Ukraine. Every day she does her best to bring Ukraine’s victory closer.
“Like every Ukrainian, I dream of Ukraine’s victory. We are a united and unwavering nation that strives to be a free European state.”

Inga SABOVA, a well-known specialist, trabbleshooter, VIP-magician, and psychologist, talks about the “Lady New” women’s community she founded last year to help women feel strong and attractive.
The goal of her project is to show that women are beautiful at any age. Attractiveness and curiosity do not disappear over the years, but only acquire new shades. It is a space for communication and exchange of experience between women from different countries, where everyone can feel supported and inspired. Ukrainian women, with their relaxed and well-groomed appearance, are of particular interest to representatives of other cultures. This exchange can be mutually enriching for everyone. Age is just a number in a passport. Beauty is a power that can change the world. “We are all born beautiful,

and it is important to cherish this beauty and share it with others,” comments Inga.
Our guest is convinced that Ukrainian women have a special style, both in their appearance and communication. They demonstrate a high level of tolerance and a unique ability to combine different roles. Unlike representatives of other cultures, who often prefer personal independence, Ukrainian women are mostly ready to support their families and partner while also fulfilling themselves in business, creativity or raising children. This versatility and hard work make Ukrainian women real superwomen. They are constantly striving for self-improvement and development.
“European women often know how to find a balance between work and personal life, enjoying every moment. We should learn from them to maintain health and harmony in our relationships,” the psychologist believes and continues: “We need to live life to the fullest, try everything, develop, grow, and never stop, because that’s what we were born for. Don’t give up, move forward, and success will come.”

In today’s world, especially in the conditions of Ukrainian realities, a healthy lifestyle is of particular importance. In an interview with Natalya Bondarchuk, we discussed the key aspects of healthy lifestyles, the impact of psychoemotional state on physical health and the benefits of a comprehensive approach to self-care. As always, it’s a straight talk from the expert.
In the current conditions, a healthy lifestyle in Ukraine includes several key aspects:
• Physical health. This includes a balanced diet, regular physical activity and disease prevention – regular medical check-ups, timely diagnostics and treatment of chronic diseases.
• Mental health. Keeping psychological balance, maintaining social contacts and active communication all help to restore internal resources..
• Adapting to realities. Ukrainian realities, such as power outages or the impact of war, have a significant impact on health. It is important to learn
how to adapt to the current conditions, redefine comfort and develop emotional resilience.
• Supporting others.
The psycho-emotional state is directly related to physical health as the body and mind function as a single system. Chronic stress can cause serious negative consequences: increased levels of stress hormones, metabolic disorders and poor sleep quality. This, in turn, can lead to the development of cardiovascular disease, problems with the digestive system, exacerbation of autoimmune diseases or frequent relapses.

My work is based on a holistic approach to health that combines knowledge of medicine, nutrition, psychology and modern methods.
My medical experience helped me to be attentive to detail and conduct in-depth diagnostics, which is especially important when working with clients with specific needs.
Prevention is the key to a healthy smile. Anna GORBANENKO, a dentist, talks about the importance of regular check-ups, modern treatment methods and painless prosthetics.
The most common visits to me are for professional hygiene. This is a modern and affordable way to maintain healthy teeth and gums, as well as an opportunity to conduct a preventive examination. But, of course, everyone dreams of a snow-white smile, so whitening procedures or ceramic veneers are also popular.”
The peculiarity of Mrs. Anna’s work is that she performs all manipulations, even professional hygiene, under magnification –
using a microscope. This allows her to notice the smallest details in the oral cavity.
Most people forget about the importance of regular check-ups. That’s why the doctor emphasises: “The more serious the problem, the more time and money it takes to solve it. I recommend visiting the dentist for a preventive examination twice a year. In our clinic, the receptionist always reminds patients of their appointments, so they don’t have to keep it in mind.”
Some people believe that prosthetics are expensive and painful. However, our guest

assures us of the following: “Firstly, modern dentistry is absolutely painless. Before even anaesthetising, we apply an anaesthetic gel to the mucous membrane. Only then do we inject the anaesthetic drug. Then any procedure is comfortable, and the patient does not feel anything.
As for the cost of prosthetics, I cannot say that it is cheap. High-quality treatment and preparation for prosthetics is a laborious work that is performed for many years. Therefore, such services cannot cost a penny.”

BEAUTY THAT INSPIRES: THE STORY OF YEVHENIIA KHALITOVA
How did a passion for make-up turn into a successful career in the beauty industry? The story of Yevheniia KHALITOVA is a vivid example of how you can make your hobby a career. From the first steps to the top in the world of permanent make-up and injection procedures – find out more.
It all started with a casual conversation. One day, on the way to work at the bank where Yevheniia worked, her friend suddenly asked her: ‘Why don’t you want to take a course to work with clients? You’re so good at it!’
“At first I was hesitant, because the training and the purchase of materials required significant financial investment... However, every day when we were travelling together, I heard her say those words again.”

“At one day, I realised that I like making women beautiful, seeing their smiles and hearing their words of gratitude. So I decided to take a course in permanent eyebrow make-up. Then I had many advanced training courses in this area, as well as courses in permanent make-up of all areas. I really like to emphasise natural beauty with other means, not just make-up.”
Permanent makeup, eyelash extensions, facial injections and lip contouring – this is only part of
Eventually, after thinking it over, our heroine decided to take the plunge. She enrolled in an eyelash extension course. After completing her training, she got her first clients who have been with her for over eleven years. The next steps were training in eyebrow architecture, eyelash colouring and lamination.
services Yevheniia offers. If earlier clients were hesitant or afraid of these procedures, now they are at the peak of popularity.
“Today’s beauty industry is dominated by the trend for naturalness, and this trend is constantly improving. Powder and hair eyebrow techniques, Matte Lipstick lip colouring, as well as delicate veil and inter-eyelash arrows are in great demand. For me, women’s beauty is naturalness accentuated by elegance.»

Beauty as a way to change life for the better is the credo of Nataliia KRYMOVA, founder of Pro Laser Estetic. From Ukraine to Finland, from a small studio to the House of Beauty and Health – this is a story of success, inspiration and faith in the power of beauty.
What attracts Ukrainian Nataliia to the beauty industry is that it is more than just a job for her; it is an opportunity to change people’s lives for the better. She has always strived to help women and men feel confident, harmonious and happy. “Our appearance is a kind of reflection of our inner state. If I can contribute at least a little to making this reflection beautiful, it gives me strength and inspiration to move forward.”

Because of the war, Nataliia left Ukraine and went through a difficult journey to regain her inner resources to continue living her life with beauty.
Starting from scratch in Finland was a serious challenge: the new culture, difficult language, and lack of friends scared her. But it was also a chance for a new future for Nataliia.
The techniques that the Ukrainian woman uses today in her new country are based on an individual approach. In a world where beauty is often reduced to standards, she strives to emphasise the uniqueness of
each person. In the House of Beauty and Health, the masters use modern equipment, proven international technologies and take into account the latest scientific research.
“Our offer includes laser hair removal, rejuvenation and care procedures. We also offer hardware-based body shaping techniques that work without invasive intervention, multi-masking, body wraps, and various massage techniques. All equipment is certified and meets European quality standards,” Nataliia notes.

Today I highly appreciate Ukrainian show business, because it has become nationally oriented. We have many talented performers and quality Ukrainian content. Modern Ukrainian music is stylish and competitive. Our songs have a significant number of listens on international streaming platforms, which is a testament to their quality.
Creativity is especially important now. It helps support people spiritually and is our front in the struggle for identity.
I would like to look back at the past year. It was difficult for all Ukrainians. We were waiting for good news from international partners, we gradually got used to the brutality of the aggressor. However, I remained faithful to my convictions. I have always been a Ukrainiancentric singer, and now I continue to create meaningful songs for thinking people. I am happy that my music is listened to not only by the older generation, but also by young people.
This year, we continued to develop the «National Prayer Breakfasts» project. It was
especially important for me to organise such a breakfast in Great Britain.
I do not stop implementing my plans. During 17 years of work in the parliament, I gained the experience necessary for the development of the state. I am sure that there should be mature, wellformed individuals in politics who deeply understand the needs of society.
I dream that the next year will bring our country more opportunities to implement good initiatives. We are masters of our land and we create our own future by ourselves.
The year 2024 became rich in events, full of pride for our compatriots. The awarding ceremony of the most influential citizens of Ukraine became one of them. At this ceremony Olha BARBEN received a well-deserved award for her professional achievements, patriotism and contribution into the development of her native country.
Thanks to her charming voice, unique style and tireless desire to reach new heights, she masterfully conquered the international stage as an opera singer. Her art is a harmonious combination of deep soul and refined elegance, which leaves an indelible mark in the hearts of listeners in different corners of the world. Nowadays, Olha not only continues to conquer international scenes, but also actively supports Ukrainians, because she deeply appreciates the richness of our cultural heritage.
– Greetings, dear Ukrainians, dear listeners, fans of art and readers of the edition!
I want to emphasise: to be happy, you need to listen to yourself and your feelings and build mainstay on your own aspirations. Realized talents are the source of joy most often. When we reveal them, we inspire ourselves and inspire others.
Life becomes bright and full when we live it according to our own script. Only the internal compass can point the right way. And this path will certainly lead to harmony.

I have good news for fans of my work. In addition to participating in international concerts, I started work on a Ukrainian-language album.
I am sincerely grateful to everyone who glorifies Ukrainian culture together with me and fills it with new meanings. I believe that only together we are able to create a healthy and strong society.

Travel expert, founder of L’ete Concierge Luxury Travel, 16 years of experience in premium tourism
Travelling for Ukrainians has become more of a necessity than a whim, says Alla Ostrozhynska, travel expert and founder of L’ete Concierge Luxury Travel. More and more people are looking for ways to reboot and maintain their mental health in the conditions of the present-day challenges. Read on about the most popular winter destinations, exclusive offers and invaluable advice from a high-class specialist in the field of concierge service.
“Now is a great time for unique adventures! For example, it may be renting a private chalet in Switzerland with a personal chef or going dog sledding in Lapland with the aurora borealis.
For gourmets, I suggest tasting French champagne in Champagne wine cellars. I also recommend booking cruises early – it’s not only luxurious, but also costeffective!”
Travelling is both a luxury and a necessity. It gives meaning to life, allows you to go beyond the ordinary, spend time with your loved ones and open up new horizons. Even a short weekend can radically change the way you look at life.
“We have recently launched a travel channel on YouTube and a series of original tours in the style of “Heads and Tails”. These are interactive expeditions where tourists can feel like real stars!

In addition, we are working on opening new unique routes – from the Arctic to the Amazon jungle. And, of course, we continue to develop our concierge service, which is ready to fulfil any customer request.”
“The best investments are impressions and memories. I wish that in the New Year you will see whales in Mauritius, stroke elephants in Sri Lanka, feed turtles in the Seychelles, visit the jungles of Bali and taste food in an underwater restaurant in the Maldives. Happy holidays!”

Yaryna Levytska, a promoter of Ukrainian culture in the United States and a volunteer, actively popularizes Ukrainian heritage in the international arena.
For her, the new year began with a trip to Ukraine, where she continued to help the military and veterans in addition to meeting with her family. Later, she travelled to the East with military chaplains to visit soldiers from different brigades.
Upon returning to the United States, Yaryna immediately plunged into work on new projects. In her posts, our heroine notes that the full-scale war drew the world’s attention to Ukraine and gave us the opportunity to demonstrate our cultural identity. Americans and foreigners in general have become actively interested in our history, music, art

and traditions. During cultural events, they admire the beauty of embroidered shirts, the energy of Ukrainian dance, and the originality of our art. Our culture unites people around the struggle for truth and victory.
Last year, Yaryna received many awards and in an interview she said: “From the beginning of the full-scale war, I acted on the call of my heart, not thinking about awards. It was important for me to help and be useful. But over time, when I started receiving awards, I realised how inspiring it was. They confirm that my work matters, give me confidence and strength, and motivate me to move forward.”
Today, Yaryna continues her volunteer work and knows well how important it is to support Ukrainians in these difficult times. Our guest believes that everything has a beginning and an end. The war continues, and it affects each of us. “Our support is important for the soldiers, the country and all Ukrainians. What we do today determines our future. Every act, every help is a step towards victory. Believe in goodness, it always wins!”
