April 1 is a special day in my life.

Exactly 30 years since I started working in advertising. 30 years in advertising is not just a number.

It is character.

It is experience.

It is faith in my business.

And this is the continuation of new ideas, new projects and new victories.

Thank you to everyone who is around.

Thank you to those who believe.

Thank you to life for this path.

Thirty years of searching, courage, ideas, people, decisions and boundless faith in my business.

Sometimes it’s hard for me to believe how quickly this time has flown by...

But I know for sure – every year has been interesting.

I am one of those managers who started from the very beginning – as an advertising agent.

With a notebook, a telephone receiver and a huge desire to prove to myself that I could do more.

Then there were years of work as a manager, head of the advertising department, director.

There were mistakes, victories, sleepless nights, inspiration and a real school of life.

I learned a lot – from the market, from colleagues, from clients, from circumstances.

I worked in different editions, observed, analysed, dreamed...

And one day I decided to take the most important step – to create my own project.

That’s how “Millenium” magazine appeared.

This year my publication turns 25.

A quarter century of my soul, work, character and faith.

And today my biggest dream is to celebrate this anniversary under a peaceful sky.

Just calmly work, create, develop and enjoy life.

Every year, “Millenium” grew with me.

From a city edition, it became all-Ukrainian, and later – international.

It was a difficult path.

But I never allowed myself to stop.

Defaults, crises, Covid, war – all this did not break me.

On the contrary – it hardened me.

It forced me to think more broadly, look for new opportunities, create projects when it seemed impossible.

I am not one of those who give up – probably because I truly love my work.

I love people, ideas, movement, and results.

I love seeing a big project born from a small idea.

In this life, it is very important for me to be needed and in demand.

And today I feel it – when people trust me and call me themselves; when they understand that advertising is not just an ad, but an image, reputation and future.

I sincerely believe that there is no more interesting work in the world than advertising.

It keeps me in shape, makes you think, learn and move forward, no matter what.

My students are a special pride.

Many of them have become professionals, managers, and successful people.

And even those who once went their own way remain part of my story.

We continue to communicate with many of them, congratulate each other on the holidays, and remember our common path.

Their gratitude – just like the gratitude of clients – is the greatest reward for me.

This is what is worth working for and living for.

— Oksana, could you please tell us about your career path: how did you come to work in the field of international partnerships?

— My career path has developed gradually — through working with people, communication, and situations where I had to take responsibility.

I have always felt comfortable working in environments where different cultures and approaches interact. Over time, I realised that this is where I truly feel at home.

An important part of my development was working at Red Roof Management — an environment offering room for growth, trust in people and a focus on quality without unnecessary information overload. It is a company that is trusted and whose service standards meet those of its international partners.

I came to the field of international partnerships naturally — through practical experience and day-to-day work, where it is important to adapt quickly and find common language. For me, it is not just about work, but also about meaning — being part of processes that have a real impact.

— You coordinate cooperation with 14 international Red Cross organisations — what does this process look like from the inside, and what are the main challenges it brings?

— From the inside, it doesn’t look like anything extraordinary — it’s day-today work where a lot is decided as we go along.

My role is to ensure effective communication between the teams: connecting people, clarifying details, keeping track of the context, and helping to ensure that information

flows without delays and that everyone is on the same understanding line. In a dynamic environment, this means staying constantly engaged, reacting quickly and focusing on the outcome.

Many tasks arise on an ad-hoc basis, but this is precisely what allows processes to remain stable and clear to everyone. The trust of our partners is the result of the whole team’s daily work. At Red Roof Management, we are truly proud of this.

The biggest challenge is striking a balance between speed and quality in an environment of constant change. At the same time, this work teaches flexibility and attentiveness to people.

— How do Ukrainian organisations manage to build effective partnerships with such a wide range of countries — from Japan to Canada — in times of crisis?

— Effective partnerships in times of crisis are built on openness, speed and trust.

Ukrainian organisations today are highly adaptable: they respond quickly, communicate their needs clearly and take responsibility for the outcome. International partners bring a systematic approach and experience to the table. It is the combination of these approaches that delivers results, even in challenging circumstances.

— What principles or approaches help to build trust between the Ukrainian side and international humanitarian partners?

— Trust is built gradually — through actions.

Transparency, responsibility, and honest communication are important to me. It is important not only to achieve results, but also to be clear

throughout the process. It is also essential to be able to listen to the other side and work with respect for different approaches.

— Has this work changed your view of leadership and Ukraine’s role in the global humanitarian community?

— This work changed my understanding of leadership: it’s not about a position, but about taking responsibility in our day-to-day actions.

The environment at Red Roof Management has shown that many decisions are made through trust and mutual understanding, without unnecessary formalities. At the same time, high-quality service and compliance with international standards remain the cornerstone of our work.

For me, leadership is the ability to stay composed, support others and take action even when conditions are far from ideal.

As for Ukraine, I see it as a full partner that not only receives assistance but also shapes approaches and shares its experience.

— What is the main message you would like to convey to international partners about Ukraine today?

— Today, Ukraine is about strength and the ability to act in difficult conditions. My main message: Ukraine is a reliable partner. We are open to cooperation and value trust.

At the same time, it is important to remember that behind all processes there are people – and this is our main focus.

With respect, Liudmyla Akymenko

DEAR ORGANISERS AND PARTNERS OF THE “CHRONICLE OF UKRAINIAN LEADERS 2022–2026” PROJECT!

I am sincerely pleased to welcome you on the occasion of this important initiative, which aims to recognise and promote the leaders of modern Ukraine—people who, through their daily work, sense of responsibility and professionalism, are shaping the country’s economic stability and its future.

Today, during this extremely difficult period of war with the Russian aggressor, supporting entrepreneurship, developing leadership and strengthening public trust are of particular importance. It is precisely projects such as the “Chronicle of Ukrainian Leaders 2022–2026” that not only record the history of Ukraine’s resilience and our resistance, but also create a new culture of responsible business and civic position.

It is important that the focus is on people who do not stop in the face of the challenges posed by the war, but continue to work, create jobs, develop the economy and represent Ukraine with dignity on the international stage.

I am convinced that the combined efforts of business, civil society and the media are the key to Ukraine’s recovery and sustainable development.

I wish all project participants and partners new achievements, inspiration and confidence in the future.

Glory to Ukraine!

Yours sincerely,

— AUTHOR OF THE TRANSFORMATIONAL METHOD “PHOENIX” MARGARITA PANCHENKO

We are living in a time when привычные опоры are collapsing. The world is changing faster than a person can adapt. Anxiety is rising, the sense of stability is fading, and questions arise without clear answers: Who am I? Where am I going? What is my purpose? What can I rely on within myself?

individuals and businesses find new opportunities, partnerships, and inner support even in times of crisis.

The “Phoenix” method was born as a response to a deep human need — the need to return to one’s true self.

Today, people face various inner challenges: — loss of meaning and direction — emotional burnout and chronic stress — repeating patterns in relationships — inner insecurity and fear of change — a sense of disconnection from oneself

“Phoenix” works with these states gently yet profoundly. Through metaphors, imagery, and interaction with the subconscious, a person begins to see the true causes of their condition, unlock inner resources, and transform limiting beliefs.

This is not just a game — it is a process of inner rebirth.

Through this journey, a person: — finds inner support — reconnects with themselves — gains clarity in decision-making — reaches a new level of awareness — steps into a new quality of life

This is the point where a new cycle begins — more conscious, whole, and fulfilling.

In times like these, tools that help us stop searching for support outside and start finding it within become especially valuable.

My name is Margarita Panchenko. I am a certified psychologist, quantum psychotherapist, certified astrologer, game practitioner, and the author of the transformational method “Phoenix.” I am also a certified consultant in Positive Psychotherapy.

My journey includes over 10 years of working with people in the areas of relationships, purpose, inner crises, and recurring life patterns. In my practice, I integrate psychology, subconscious work, ancestral programs, body-based and meditative techniques, combining modern and spiritual approaches to deep transformation.

During this challenging period for Ukraine, I did not stop — I traveled across the world, presenting the “Phoenix” method, supporting Ukrainians and people from different countries through the deep transformations the world is currently experiencing. I brought people together into communities, created networking spaces, organized retreats, and helped

In my work, I offer both individual and group formats, creating a space for deep transformation through the author’s game “Phoenix,” transformational practices, retreats, and educational programs within the “Soul Harmony” project.

My role is to be a guide in a process where each person finds their own answers, their own strength, and their own truth.

Today, “Phoenix” is not just a method. It is a path back to yourself.

And I invite you to walk this path with me.

Phoenix is the beginning of your inner rebirth and a new life.

OKSANA TYKHONENKO

LEADER AND HEAD OF THE “EURASIA” RESTAURANT CHAIN

LEADERSHIP THROUGH CHALLENGES: A PATH OF STRENGTH, RESPONSIBILITY AND FAITH IN THE FUTURE

At a time when Ukraine is going through difficult trials, the stories of people who not only remain resilient but also continue to develop their businesses, support their teams and inspire others take on particular significance. Oksana TYKHONENKO is just such a leader. As the head of the “Eurasia” restaurant chain, she combines strategic management, social responsibility and humanity on a daily basis.

Oksana speaks frankly: staying in the resource is constantly challenging. However, she finds it unacceptable to ‘withdraw into herself’, as she has a large team behind her that needs support, stability and confidence. It is precisely this sense of responsibility towards people, the business and the country that serves as her main driving force. She finds additional inspiration in simple yet important things: her family, her son’s successes, and the support of her loved ones and, of course, her belief in Ukraine’s victory.

Oksana considers empathy to be the key quality of a modern leader. In her view, a manager must not only set tasks but also understand the state of mind of every employee, be able to navigate difficult stages alongside them and offer support when needed. It is precisely this culture of interaction that has been established at “Eurasia” — a company where every team member is valued and social responsibility is an integral part of its operations. Daily assistance to the military, support for the needy and orphans — these are not one-off initiatives, but a systematic approach taken by the business.

Despite the difficult economic situation, the “Eurasia” chain continues to operate steadily, adapting to the new conditions. Oksana emphasises that every business today is part of the country’s wider economic machinery. That is why, even during periods of declining profits, the company continues to fulfil its obligations, including paying taxes on time, thereby supporting the state.

At ‘Eurasia’, special attention is paid to guests. Here, they create an atmosphere of warmth, comfort and care — a space where people can find peace even in difficult times. The team constantly updates the menu and introduces new formats, including family and children’s workshops, which help visitors escape reality for at least a few hours and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of joy.

Despite her busy schedule, Oksana is committed to maintaining a balance between work and family life. She firmly believes that harmony is the foundation of stability. It is important to be able to separate professional challenges from one’s personal life, to maintain personal boundaries, and not to bring stress into the family sphere.

Speaking about the role of women in the modern world, Oksana emphasises that, regardless of professional achievements, a woman must remain a source of warmth, support and light. It is this inner strength that allows her to create harmony not only within the family but also in society.

Oksana Tykhonenko looks to the future with confidence. She has a clear vision — both for her own development and for the development of the “Eurasia” network following Ukraine’s victory. This vision is based on resilience, responsibility and a deep faith in people and the country. And it is this faith that today forms the foundation for moving forward — step by step, together with the team, towards a shared future for the Ukrainian people.

MARIANA ILLIVNA:

INNER STRENGTH AS THE FOUNDATION OF MODERN LEADERSHIP

ariana Illivna represents a new generation of Ukrainian professionals who are fostering a culture of psychological maturity and inner strength. As a psychologist and psychotherapist, she promotes the development of conscious leadership, helping people to find inner strength and build lives based on responsibility, trust and inner integrity.

In times of global change and increased psychological stress, society needs new guidelines. True leaders today are not only those who lead others, but above all those who are able to find support within themselves. This is the idea that Ukrainian psychologist and psychotherapist Mariana Illivna consistently reveals in her professional activities – a specialist who helps people discover their own internal resources and build a life based on awareness and responsibility. According to the expert, internal supports are the psychological foundation of one’s personality. They are formed through life experience, knowledge, awareness of one’s own values, and self-confidence. It is these components that help a person remain resilient in difficult times, make decisions, and move forward even when external circumstances change or become unstable.

Mariana Illivna points out that modern people often seek support in the outside world — in other people, social status or material achievements. However, such sources of

support can be temporary. In contrast, our inner resources remain with us always. These include belief in one’s own abilities, the capacity to take responsibility for one’s life, the ability to set personal boundaries, and maintaining a balance between different areas of activity.

Another important aspect of psychological maturity is the ability to build healthy relationships. According to Mariana Illivna, true intimacy begins where a person does not lose themselves, but remains a whole individual. Love without illusions is neither dependence nor merging, but a conscious choice by two adults to be together, respecting their own needs and each other’s boundaries. In such relationships, conflicts become not a threat, but an opportunity for growth and a deeper mutual understanding.

The psychologist pays particular attention to the theme of inner maturity as a key quality of the modern leader. She is convinced that this new stage in society’s development is

linked to a shift from a life based solely on effort and control to one built on self-trust and one’s own inner voice. It is inner honesty and a readiness for change that open the way to new opportunities.

According to Mariana Illivna, the year 2026 symbolises a period of profound rethinking and the birth of new meanings. This is a time when every person can strengthen their inner strength, become aware of their own resources and take a step towards a more harmonious life. After all, true leadership begins not with managing others, but with the ability to manage one’s own state of mind, emotions and choices.

Mariana Illivna’s work is an example of modern psychological leadership, combining professional knowledge, humanistic values and a deep respect for the inner world of the individual. Her approach helps people find support within themselves, develop resilience and create a life in which inner strength becomes the foundation of confidence, responsibility and personal growth.

PETRO SYROTA: LEADERSHIP,

RESPONSIBILITY, AND SERVICE TO PEOPLE IN TIMES OF CHALLENGE

n modern Ukraine, leadership is measured not only by professional achievements but also by the ability to act in the interests of society during the most difficult times. Petro Syrota exemplifies such leadership — Director and Founder of the international real estate agency KATRIN, a retired officer, and an active volunteer who successfully combines entrepreneurial activity with civic responsibility and support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

For many years, KATRIN has been helping Ukrainians resolve issues related to the purchase, sale, and management of real estate both in Ukraine and abroad. The agency’s specialists work closely with international partners and provide comprehensive client support — from selecting a property to its ongoing management. Particularly relevant in recent years has become the service of remote property management for Ukrainians who are temporarily living abroad but seek to preserve and grow their assets in their homeland.

The beginning of the full-scale war in 2022 became a serious test for the entire real estate sector. The closure of state registries effectively halted property transactions, and thousands of people were left without housing. During this period, the KATRIN team made a conscious decision to direct their resources

toward helping people. They organized accommodation for Ukrainians forced to leave their homes free of charge, assisted in finding housing, and provided essential support — from clothing to basic necessities.

The company’s partnerships with professionals in different countries became an important resource in supporting fellow citizens. The Czech Republic, Turkey, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and other countries opened opportunities to assist Ukrainians through coordinated cooperation within the professional community. It was during this time that the company’s activities acquired a new dimension — not only business-oriented, but also humanitarian in nature.

Today, despite the challenging conditions of wartime and constant risks, the agency continues to operate and develop. The company’s specialists have adapted to new

realities and learned to work effectively even in emergency situations, demonstrating resilience, professionalism, and responsibility toward their clients. At the same time, Petro Syrota remains actively engaged in volunteer work and, as a retired officer, continues to advise and support Ukrainian servicemen, using his experience and knowledge to strengthen the country’s defense capability.

Petro Syrota’s work represents a model of modern Ukrainian leadership — a combination of entrepreneurship, patriotism, and service to society. His life philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone must perform their duties honestly and responsibly, regardless of circumstances. It is precisely this approach that helps not only maintain stability in difficult times but also shape the future of Ukraine — strong, resilient, and united.

THE LEGAL PROFESSION IN THE FACE OF CHALLENGES: RESILIENCE, DEVELOPMENT AND SERVICE TO SOCIETY

The modern Ukrainian legal profession is currently undergoing one of the most crucial stages in its ongoing development. At a time when the country is fighting for its independence, it is the legal system that becomes the foundation of stability, justice and the protection of citizens’ rights. Leaders who are capable not only of adapting to new conditions but also of ensuring the profession’s development play a special role in this process. Among them is Tetiana LESHCHENKO, Chair of the Bar Council of Dnipropetrovsk Region.

From the very first days of the full-scale invasion, the region’s advocacy community, under her leadership, demonstrated a high level of organisation and readiness to act in crisis conditions. An effective working model was swiftly established, which not only allowed the system to remain functional but also expanded the scope of support for both lawyers and society as a whole.

One of the key areas of activity has been providing support to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Thanks to the charity fundraising initiatives launched, they have been able to supply the military with essential equipment—from body armour to first-aid kits—and to contribute to the purchase of transport for the front line. At the same time, the Bar Council actively collaborated with medical specialists, organising tactical medicine courses, which made a significant contribution to improving the level of public preparedness.

Particular attention was paid to supporting lawyers and their families who found themselves in the zone of active hostilities. A nationwide mutual aid network was established, providing opportunities for safe evacuation, finding accommodation and employment. For those who had temporarily left the country, educational programmes were organised, including courses in legal Polish and advisory support regarding

professional adaptation.

Despite extremely difficult conditions— including a lack of electricity, internet access and stable infrastructure—the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Bar Council continued its work. Thanks to the experience gained during the pandemic, the team was able to adapt quickly to new challenges and ensure the continuity of its operations. Under these circumstances, effective organisational solutions were found, enabling the quality of legal aid provision to be maintained.

In parallel with the crisis response, the development of the legal profession as an institution continued. Educational programmes were expanded and new areas of professional development were introduced, particularly in the fields of medicine and cybersecurity. Specialist committees are actively working, with the committees on the protection of lawyers’ rights and professional development playing a key role in ensuring the professional development and protection of specialists’ interests.

A significant achievement has been the creation of a modern workspace for lawyers—a professional environment that brings people together, facilitates communication and enhances the effective interaction with clients. This is another step towards building a strong,

independent and self-governing legal community.

Tetiana Leshchenko’s personal professional journey as a lawyer is particularly noteworthy. Specialising in criminal law, she has achieved outstanding results in her practice, demonstrating effectiveness and responsibility in defending her clients’ interests. Her approach is based on a deep understanding of the law, principles of justice and high ethical standards.

Tetiana Leshchenko is convinced that a key area for the development of the legal profession is strengthening the safeguards for professional practice and the protection of lawyers’ rights. In the context of judicial reform, these aspects should be given priority, as an independent legal profession is an integral part of a democratic society.

Today, the Ukrainian legal profession demonstrates resilience, unity and the capacity for development even under the most challenging conditions. Under the leadership of figures such as Tetiana Leshchenko, it continues on its path towards consolidation, professional growth and an enhanced role in society.

Her work is an example of responsible leadership, service to the profession and a contribution to the development of the rule of law. And it is precisely such people who are shaping Ukraine’s future today.

Vitaliy Romanchukevych

— Ms. Olena, how did your professional career begin, and what inspired you to start your own business?

— My journey began in the late 1990s. I worked as an accountant and economist at a hospital, and as chief accountant at a construction plant. It was a valuable period: I learnt not only from textbooks, but also through practical experience. That’s when I realised that accounting is the lifeblood of a business. Through the figures, you can see where a company is losing resources and where there is potential for growth.

In 2004, I started working as an entrepreneur, and in 2007 I set up the private enterprise “Armida”. I wanted to change attitudes towards accounting: many people see it as a duty to the state. In reality, however, properly organised accounting is a powerful tool for business development.

— What issues do business representatives most often bring to your attention, and how important is proper accounting organisation for them?

— Business owners come to us in two situations: when their business is growing and it becomes difficult to move forward without a systematic accounting system, or when chaos has already set in – confusion in paperwork, tax issues, and blocked invoices. Often, people have tried to manage their accounts themselves or have cut corners on professional support. Our task is not simply to correct mistakes, but to create a system where they will not be repeated. Organising your accounts is like

your “instrument panel” in an aeroplane: you can see your actual profit, tax burden and financial risks.

— In your experience, what are the most common mistakes in business finance? And conversely, what does “financial order’ mean to you?”

— All too often, people mix personal and business finances, lack a systematic accounting system, and don’t understand their tax liability. And the most common mistake is putting things in order “for later”.

In reality, good organisation helps a business grow. It gives a sense of control, when the owner knows the system runs like clockwork. Transparency, compliance and the absence of “surprises” from the tax authorities — that is the freedom of being an entrepreneur.

— You also run training courses for accountants. What qualities should a modern accountant possess?

— When an entrepreneur or accountant understands the logic behind financial processes and legislation, they become more confident in their decision-making. We run live online sessions in small groups, analysing reallife case studies. It gives me great pleasure to see people finding jobs or starting their own businesses after completing the course. Today, an accountant is more than just an executor. They are a partner to the entrepreneur: analytical thinking, empathy, the ability to make sense of financial chaos and explain complex matters simply.

— You also implement and teach others about BAS accounting. How are digital tools changing the profession?

— In the past, a lot of time was spent on routine tasks: transferring data and doing calculations by hand. Modern automation systems handle

most of these tasks, so accountants can devote more time to analysis and consultancy. But software cannot replace professional thinking.

— You also combine accounting expertise with ICU coaching. How does this help businesses?

— This is my secret ingredient. Coaching helps you look beyond the numbers. Often, an entrepreneur comes to me with a question about taxes, and during our conversation we uncover a strategic mistake or a resource for growth. It’s a partnership: the business owner finds answers and inner peace.

— How do you see the future of accounting and tax consultancy in Ukraine, and what are Armida’s plans?

— More and more entrepreneurs are switching to remote collaboration with professional accounting firms. Accounting is becoming an integral part of strategic business management. Armida’s plans are aimed at making financial management not just understandable, but intelligent and accessible to everyone. We are actively expanding our educational direction, focusing on face-to-face communication in small groups and one-to-one mentoring. We do not provide commonplace knowledge, but work with specific requests.

Furthermore, supporting social and charitable initiatives remains a priority for us. A business that has a mission and operates honestly deserves a reliable professional rear. That is why we continue to be a pillar of support for those who are changing Ukraine for the better.

— And finally, what advice would you give to those who are just starting their own business?

— Don’t wait until you’ve made a fortune to get your finances in order. It is precisely this order that leads to wealth. Choose professionals, build your business on transparency, and never stop learning. Your business is your creation, and it deserves high-quality financial protection.

— You work extensively with people and teams. What role does human potential play today?

I am convinced that human potential is the main resource of any business and society. Technology, money, and infrastructure are all important, but ultimately it is people who generate ideas, make decisions, and bring them to life.

A strong team can elevate even the most complex project to a high level, while a weak one can destroy even the most promising business. Therefore, for me, working with people comes first: understanding their motivation, strengths, and values.

When a person feels respect, support, and an opportunity to grow, they unlock their potential and begin to work in a completely different way.

That is why investing in people is the most important and the most forward-looking investment.

— Your activities combine business and humanitarian initiatives. What motivates you?

I try to keep these areas distinct because each has its own logic.

In business, results always come first for me. This is the foundation of everything: satisfied clients, company growth, profitability, and a strong team.

In humanitarian work, the motivation is completely different. It is the understanding

FROM EDITORS:

that you can truly help a person change their life.

When you see someone overcome a difficult situation and begin to build a new life, it gives you incredible energy.

And overall, for me, humanity and kindness always remain the highest priorities.

— You say: “Humanity is the ability to take part in the destiny of others.” Where does this belief come from?

To a large extent, it is connected to personal experience.

I myself have gone through difficult periods — war, immigration, and serious challenges. When a person faces such situations, they begin to look at life and people differently.

You realize how important it is, in difficult moments, to meet someone who will not pass you by.

This experience has had a profound impact on me.

I clearly understand that sometimes even a small act of help can change a person’s destiny.

That is why, for me, humanity is not just a word — it is a concrete action.

— What qualities define a true leader today?

A true leader, first and foremost, works with people.

Therefore, the key is understanding a person — their motivation, fears, and needs. Leadership is not only about management;

it is about the ability to see potential in people and help them unlock it.

— How do you define success?

If, at the end of their journey, a person can say that they lived a достойную life and helped others — that is true success.

— What advice would you give to those who are just starting their journey?

Choose your direction not because it is fashionable and not because others advise it.

If a person follows what genuinely interests them, they have a much greater chance of achieving results.

It is important to keep developing, learning, not being afraid of mistakes, and continuing to move forward.

The path is rarely easy, but it is precisely difficulties that shape character and experience.

— And what would you like to say to people who are currently going through difficult times?

First of all — strength and patience. We live in challenging times, and almost everyone faces difficulties.

But it is important to remember: nothing in this world is permanent.

Any trial eventually comes to an end. Life changes, and after the most difficult periods, a new stage always begins. It is important to preserve inner strength, believe in the future, and never give up.

The editorial team expresses sincere gratitude to Mr. Arman for his openness, honesty, and deep understanding of the role of people in the modern world. His position once again confirms that the true future is built through people — through their support, development, and unity.
