WWe are used to looking for answers outside - in knowledge, experience, other people. But over time, understanding comes: the most accurate answers are always born inside. In silence, in pauses, in the ability to feel, not explain. Sometimes it is through simple things – taste, touch, attention – that access to more is opened, to the state from which true transformation begins.
Anastasiia BESSARAB is a model, herbalist, intuitive healer, Ba-Tzu and Feng Shui specialist. She is holder of the titles Mrs. Italy 2024 and Mrs. Europe Best Model.
— You work a lot with rituals and sensory experiences. What personal ritual has been a support for you during times of transformation and bold decisions?
— For me, ritual is always a return. Not to action, but to myself. And my deepest ritual is tea – not as a drink, but as a space of silence in which I can feel myself real again. In these moments, tension disappears, the need to prove or decide something disappears. Only presence remains. And it is from it that the most accurate decisions are born. This is a state in which I do not look for answers – I become them.
— You work with meaning and feeling. What lesson have you learned in the last year with your body, not your mind, and how has it changed your creativity or approach to your work?
— It was a lesson in trusting the body. I felt very clearly that the body is never wrong. It always tells the truth – through relaxation or tension, through lightness or fatigue. And when I stopped ignoring these signals, my life became different. In creativity, this manifested itself in the fact that I no longer create «from my head.» I create from a state. And if there is life, depth, breath in this state – then others feel it too.
— There is a combination of strength and tenderness in your words. How did you learn to allow yourself to be both strong and vulnerable?
— For a long time I lived under the illusion that strength is when you hold on. When you don’t show, don’t open up, you control. But over time I realised that real strength is softness. It is the ability to remain open, even when there is fear. Vulnerability for me is not weakness, it is honesty. And it is this that creates real contact – with people, with the world, with yourself.
— The past year has been full of experiences and changes. What achievement of the last twelve months do you consider the most important and why has it been defining for you?
— The greatest achievement is inner clarity. I allowed myself not to go where there is no response. Not to choose because of “need”. And this changed everything. There was more space, more depth, and more “right” people around. And in this state, completely different projects began to be born – more alive, more precise, more mine.
— Looking ahead to new horizons, what bold goals or projects do you plan to implement this year and what symbolises a true breakthrough for you?
— For me, breakthrough is not about external scale. It is about the depth of impact. I want to further develop the direction where ritual becomes a way of transformation, where through taste, touch, presence a person can remember themselves. It is about creating spaces in which the Soul awakens, and at the same time –about the transfer of knowledge. I feel ready to open this path to others – those who also seek not form, but essence.
Changes do not begin on the outside. They begin from the moment when you first truly feel yourself.

Оne of the most spectacular and eagerly anticipated events in the business world took place recently at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Kyiv — the Business Gravity Awards 2026 ceremony, which brought together leading entrepreneurs, experts, media representatives and figures from the creative industries. The evening served not only as a recognition celebration but also as a powerful platform for exchanging ideas, inspiration and visions for the future of Ukrainian business.
The award once again confirmed its status as a prestigious professional accolade, honouring those who shape the country’s modern economy, create new meanings and implement progressive solutions even in times of challenge.
“We created this award as a space of strength for Ukrainian business — a place where achievements are recognised, where people support one another, and where the future is shaped. Today’s winners are people and brands who don’t wait for better times, but create them themselves,” said Maryna Filipenko, organiser of the award and founder of the NGO “FENIX CHARITY”.
During the event, a record was set for ‘The largest number of business award recipients between 24 January 2024 and 23 March 2026’, which was recorded by the National Register of Records of Ukraine. The award was presented to Maryna Filipenko.
The Expert Council of the award traditionally brought together respected representatives from business, media, and the public sector, who selected the very best by evaluating participants based on key criteria: innovation, market impact, social responsibility, and growth dynamics.

The Business Gravity Awards is an annual national award that recognises the most successful companies, brands and individuals who are shaping the country’s business landscape and setting the trends for the future.
— Mrs. Oksana, we are glad to welcome you to the pages of Millenium Club. Tell us about the origins of your educational history and the personal experience that began it.
— My path began with motherhood. When my daughter was one and a half years old, I sent her to kindergarten and very keenly felt the importance of the environment for a child. A deep understanding emerged: a child should be where they are seen and accepted. That’s how the idea of creating my own space came about. In 2012, we opened the first BabyLand kindergarten – the whole story began with it. From the very beginning, it was fundamental for me to create not just an institution, but an atmosphere of trust, warmth and development, where a child feels safe and can reveal them naturally, without pressure and patterns.
— What is the process of forming a holistic ecosystem that today encompasses different stages of a child’s development?
— We moved forward step by step, paying close attention to the children’s needs. First came the kindergarten, then the school, the secondary school, camps and trips. Today, it is a unified system in which a child progresses through their journey in a familiar environment, maintaining inner

— New conditions give a child the opportunity to see themselves differently. Traveling and camps form independence, responsibility, and confidence. This is an experience that broadens the worldview and opens up internal
resources. Children learn to adapt to new circumstances, find common ground with different people, and make decisions on their own. Such an experience becomes an important stage of growing up and forms a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.
— What fills your work with special meaning and inspiration today?
— It is the children and the team who inspire me most. I see how the children change, grow up and start to believe in themselves. This confirms that our path has a profound meaning. The moment when a child finds their confidence and begins to act boldly is especially valuable. I am also inspired by a team of like-minded people who share these values. Together, we are creating an environment that shapes the future generation.

Іn the project “A Woman Who Inspires,” we talk about those for whom talent is not just a profession, but an inner mission. Olha BARBEN is exactly that. She is a Ukrainian opera singer for whom the stage has become a space for service and her voice an instrument of light. Her performances are heard at prestigious venues in Ukraine and Europe, but behind each note is not only skill, but also a deep awareness of responsibility — to culture, people, and the country.
Olha does not separate the stage from real life. At a time when the country is going through trials, an artist, in her opinion, cannot remain on the sidelines. If you are heard, you must speak and sing for those who are having the hardest time today. That is why her work sounds especially penetrating: in it there is Ukrainian tenderness and indomitability, inner dignity and strength.

The years 2024–2025 were marked by significant awards for the singer: the international Queen Anne Order of Honour of the Fatherland, the national public award “For Civic Valour”, and the Ivan Mazepa Order as part of the “Leaders of the 21st Century” programme. A special event was a chamber charity concert in Kyiv during the blackout. — Modern dentistry goes far beyond traditional treatment. Mrs. Hanna, in your opinion, how is regenerative medicine shaping a new philosophy of work for doctors and changing patients’ expectations?
— Today, we are no longer just “mechanics” who put on patches. Regenerative medicine has given doctors the tools to manage biology: we “grow” lost bone or gum tissue. This is a transformation in thinking from “remove and replace” to “preserve and restore”. This is the true medicine of the future, where we work in synergy with the body’s cells.
— You combine periodontology with other areas of treatment. How essential is it for you to work not only on the consequences but also on the root causes of tooth loss?
— It is impossible to build a reliable house on unstable ground. Even the best implant will not take root in “sick ground”. Periodontology is the foundation of health. Without healthy gums, any aesthetic work will be temporary. That is why we treat the foundation first, and only then create the perfect smile. I always explain: we create a healthy environment, and only then do we work on aesthetics and function.
— Implantation is often seen as a quick and universal solution. What is the ‘invisible’ part of this work that patients are usually unaware of?
— Patients see only the tip of the iceberg. The preparatory stage is often ignored: bone tissue volume,
the condition of the mucosa, and overall health. An implant is not simply a ‘screw’; it is integration into a living system. The key factor is biological adaptation. Success depends not only on the installation, but also on how the body accepts the implant and how the patient cares for it afterwards. It is always a joint work of the doctor and the patient.
— Regenerative dentistry sounds like the medicine of the future. What has already become a reality today?
— Today, we are already able to restore tissue volumes that were previously thought to be lost forever. This involves complex bone plastic surgery, work on soft tissues, and comprehensive reconstructions. We don’t simply “fit a tooth”; we give people back the ability to live pain-free, smile with confidence, and feel comfortable every day.
— Ms Hanna, you have some difficult cases in your practice. What helps you make decisions in such situations?
— The most complicated cases often involve retreatment following unsuccessful interventions or working with patients who have attendant diseases. The challenge lies not only in the technique, but also in the predictability of the outcome. Experience, a cold mind and a sense of responsibility for the final result are all crucial here. After all, this is not just about dentistry—it is about a person’s quality of life.
— What simple rules can help us maintain a healthy smile?
— There are three basic things: investing time — thorough brushing twice a day; using interdental tools, as a toothbrush fails to clean up to 40% of the surface; and having a check-up every six months.
These are simple habits that help you avoid complicated and expensive treatment in the future.

She is the deputy chair of the Sheptytsia District Council in Lviv region. She is constantly on the move, among people, in work that knows no pause. Her day consists of decisions, meetings and coordinating communities. But the most important thing is her presence – not in offices, but alongside people.
Her journey did not begin in politics. Before entering local government, she worked as the head of the medical centre at the “Vidrodzhennia” mine, part of the “Lvivvuhillia” state enterprise – a place where every day brings responsibility, pain and support. It is there that the most important thing is formed: the understanding that helping others is more important than anything else.
In 2020, she became deputy chair of the district council and, together with the community, navigated a period of change that became more profound and painful with the outbreak of fullscale war.
Today, her work is not just about administration. It is about participating in community life during wartime. It is about supporting military families and caring for those who have lost their loved ones. It is about quiet but daily respect for the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine.
She does not speak in grand terms, but her actions speak of remembrance, gratitude and responsibility towards people.
In her work, she is guided not by political slogans, but by values — humanity, faith and inner honesty. Her work is a constant journey:
communities, schools, initiatives, meetings.
She supports young people and gets involved in educational projects, as one of her main priorities is development, even in the difficult times of fullscale war. For her, it is important that life goes on and develops, despite everything.
Spirituality is a distinct dimension of her life. She is there for people not only at work, but also in prayer, in moments of loss and hope, because live communication is always about faith, love and gratitude – especially now.

The story of Svitlana TRUSHINA is the story of a woman who went through a deep personal loss, moved to a new country, and was able to find happiness and the meaning of life again. Her path is full of pain and hope, losses and discoveries, but at its centre always remains love for children and faith in a bright future.
For almost 39 years, Svitlana lived in Dnipro, where she built a happy family life with her husband, a senior lieutenant, an intelligence officer. Together they raised their children and created a family based on love, support, and mutual respect. Their life together ended in May 2024. Svitlana’s husband died, receiving the title of People’s Hero of Ukraine. For the children, he will forever remain an example of courage, honour, and devotion to his country. The most important role in her life remains motherhood. She raises her son and daughter, supports them in their education and development: the children study English, mathematics, dance and attend a cultural school. Svitlana also takes care of herself – sports, health and inner balance help her stay strong for her children.

Today, she is actively learning Norwegian and works as a beautician in a beauty salon in the centre of Tønsberg. “For me, being a beautician is more than a profession. I see how, along with well-groomed skin, confidence, inner strength and joy return to women. And every such smile reminds me that my work has real meaning,” explains Svitlana.
She confirmed her master’s degree in biology and chemistry, plans to obtain Norwegian certificates in cosmetology and develop further in the profession. Svitlana dreams of opening up new opportunities and helping women feel beautiful, confident and happy.
Sometimes memories come back. Especially on holidays, when she remembers how her husband gave her flowers every year on March 8. But life reminds her of warmth: once on this very day, grateful clients brought flowers, and Svitlana again felt that there is kindness and support in the world.
Today, Svitlana looks confidently into the future. She is building a new life, raising children, developing professionally, and believes that love, goodness, and strength of spirit always win. Despite all the trials, she is convinced that even the darkest moments can be the beginning of a new bright path.

Повна зала людей: дніпрян, гостей міста,
експертів, журналістів, поціновувачів мистецтва… Абсолютна тиша та затамований подих від очікування. З цього почалась
прем’єра неймовірно унікального, абсолютно
інноваційного культурного проєкту «Психологічний театр «Ситуація». Авторка проєкту Людмила АКИМЕНКО
що дуже довго виношувала ідею, аби вона, сформувавшись, увібрала в собі виключно
як до цього підготуватись. Більшість з них не дозволяє собі звернутись до експертів по допомогу. Статистика розлучень говорить нам про те, що ми не маємо на сьогодні культуру побудови здорових стосунків, через нерозуміння
комунікації, досягнення порозуміння з оточуючими, розкриття внутрішнього
потенціалу.
Окрім того, психологічний театр «Ситуація» має за мету розвивати психологічний напрямок театрального мистецтва. Це абсолютно нова концепція, що може бути ефективно застосована, як інноваційна терапевтична модель. Психологи зазначають, що в деяких життєвих обставинах саме театральні вистави можуть стати єдиним
глядачеві можливість побачити схожу ситуацію зі сторони та зрозуміти, як варто діяти, аби зберегти стосунки,
PSYCHOLOGICAL THEATRE «SITUATION»
A full hall of people: Dnipro residents, guests of the city, experts, journalists, art connoisseurs... There was absolute silence and bated breath from anticipation at the start of the premiere of the incredibly unique, absolutely innovative cultural project «Psychological Theatre «Situation».
The author of the project Lyudmila Akymenko notes that she has been nurturing the idea for a very long time so that, once formed, it would incorporate extremely useful practical advice and the effectiveness of psychological assistance to people through the format of a theatrical performance.
«As a woman who has gone through a long way of her own transformations, I understand that young people who plan to create strong unions do not know how to prepare themselves for this at all. Most of them do not allow themselves to turn to experts for help. Divorce statistics tell us that we do not currently have a culture of building healthy relationships due to a lack of self-understanding and inability to communicate. For a very long time, these questions formed in me the idea of creating a project that through an interactive format would be able to help our nation, help women and men find a common language, create an atmosphere of trust, harmony, understanding and support in families. Thus, years later, the Psychological Theatre «Situation» was born, which we presented to the birthday of our city,» commented Lyudmila Akymenko.
The format of the project includes theatrical productions of a wide variety of situations faced by every person on the planet. Psychological theatre is a special form of influence on a person through creation, because theatrical art is able to perfectly manifest the inner world of
a person and change him or her.We can empower people in the light of creation to take important steps toward change. It is also about improving relationships, establishing communication, achieving understanding with others and revealing inner potential.
In addition, the psychological theatre «Situation» aims to develop the psychological direction of theatrical art. This is a completely new concept that can be effectively applied as an innovative therapeutic model. Psychologists point out that theatrical performance can be the only way to resolve difficult relationships with others in some life circumstances.
The experts with a psychological specialty reveal the topics of situations, causes and consequences and give practical advices in the project. They take their professional tools and help people see the objectivity of life’s situations. The themes of future performances will consist of real stories, which we expect to receive from you through social networks.
Due to the realities of our lives, not all Ukrainians can turn to a psychologist for help today, because this type of communication foresees openness,
which requires special courage. And this is where a theatrical performance can come to the rescue allowing the viewer to participate in a familiar situation without direct contact with a specialist, but to get the necessary answers. This interactive will give the viewer the opportunity to see a similar situation from the outside and understand how to act in order to preserve the relationship that will be discussed in the play.
The premiere of the first performance of the psychological theatre «The Situation» proved that Ukrainians today desperately need psychological help. The project’s experts answered more than a hundred questions of the guests of the event. Specialists who were presented at the project noted
that the great war further worsened the state of Ukrainians and they should be saved. They repeatedly emphasized that psychologists, psychotherapists, psychiatrists, sexologists, neurologists and coaches should consult in any life situation to support mental health. In this way, we will be able to create relationships having a good continuation and giving our nation strong unions and a healthy generation of future Ukrainians. After all, it is for them that we now choose our freedom and independence.
