Cornerstone Location Lures Ben Lowry To Buy! Petty Officer Third Class Benjamin Lowry was in the market to buy a new home. The Navy serviceman, who was recently stationed in Virginia Beach, figured it would be smarter to invest in homeownership than to sink his money into renting. On his wish list? "Once I decided to buy, the most important thing to me was a centralized location somewhere between Norfolk and Virginia Beach," Ben explained. He also wanted something affordable so as not to go outside his monthly housing budget.
