Residential space; a multi-family home of 459 square meters, on a lot located in Delray Beach, Florida, USA; the general concept was to achieve an open and harmonious space, where each family member could see themselves reflected in their respective spaces. Therefore, the proposal includes two different designs: Scandinavian for the majority of the home, and Glam for one of the bedrooms, each respecting or following the characteristics of its own style.

This is a 3,889 sf residential project on a lot located in Boynton Beach, Florida, USA. The overall concept was to create an open and harmonious space where each family member could see themselves reflected in their respective spaces.
The project was modeled entirely using Revit software, achieving a Level of Development (LOD) of 350, allowing easy visualization of details such as carpentry, furniture, lighting, etc., allowing each space to be characterized.

The project is a new residence of 4,805 sf, arranged on two floors, with the overall concept of achieving an open and harmonious space. It aims for each family member to see themselves reflected in their respective areas, promoting smooth coexistence without losing the individuality of each space. The goal is a unified reading of the home, where circulation between public and private areas is clear and comfortable, maintaining simplicity and functionality as essential pillars. and contemporary aesthetic

Throughout the design process, emphasis was placed on natural lighting in all spaces, complemented by careful artificial lighting to create welcoming atmospheres. The objective was to meet the requirements for carrying out the various family activities, without sacrificing light quality or efficiency. This approach ensures warm and practical environments, suitable for daily needs while maintaining a sober and contemporary aesthetic

The event barn, with an approximate construction area of 4,950 sf, is located in Hohenwald, Tennessee, and serves as a banquet hall capable of accommodating any required activity. The design includes a kitchen, restrooms, and a private space for guests to ready themselves comfortably, especially for weddings. It is part of a complex that anticipates the construction of several cabins, integrating cohesively with the natural surroundings and offering outdoor terraces and sheltered areas for different uses.

The project’s priority has been abundant natural light and the use of noble materials such as wood and stone to achieve an aesthetic that is harmonious and respectful of the environment. The barn is surrounded by nature and is characterized by a layout that facilitates circulation, service functionality, and a pleasant event experience, maintaining a balance between spaciousness, comfort, and sustainability.

The residential project, approximately 9,091 sf, is located in Parkland, Florida, and is conceived as a single-story home that prioritizes an open and harmonious space. With 6 bedrooms, the design integrates the areas of kitchen, dining, and family room in a fluid open concept, allowing natural circulation and a continuous spatial experience. The entire development was modeled in Revit, achieving a high level of detail that facilitates visualizing carpentry, furniture, and lighting, and allows precise characterization of each space. Through parametric tools, furniture elements are incorporated to provide customization and efficiency in the design.
