In Denver Metro and Boulder, the number of homes on the market has continued to increase, allowing buyers a sense of reprieve given Q1’s record-low inventory. Still, the average closed price for homes has seen a slight uptick since last quarter and the number of days on market has decreased, showing that sellers still have a competitive advantage given Colorado’s sought-after location and unmatched outdoor lifestyle.
