Three hard-working Hollywood actors are heading to RAF Mildenhall to bring American troops and their families a little glitter from home.

Walk the red carpet to meet Greg Germann, John C. McGinley and Michael McGlone at the MIL-DCON's meet-and-greet event filled with photo ops and anecdotes about life as a Hollywood insider. RAF Mildenhall will host the talented actors, and, you’ll certainly know their familiar faces from the popular movies and TV shows they’re featured in including Ally McBeal, NCIS, Platoon, Scrubs, The Brothers McMullen, She’s the One, and The Bone Collector, to name a few. Don’t miss your chance to rub elbows with these down-to-earth stars on Saturday, October 1st at RAF Mildenhall's annual sci-fi and comic convention, MIL-D-CON 2022.

GREG GERMANN

GREY'S ANATOMY TALLADEGA NIGHTS

Greg Germann found success in his first film role in The Whoopee Boys in 1986. His next role, in the 1990 film Child’s Play 2, placed him in the sequel to one of the most popular horror films of all time. That film, plus the 1991 romantic comedy Once Around, helped the actor gain mainstream success. Germann is also well known for his five seasons as Richard Fish on the legal comedy series Ally McBeal, which earned him a Screen Actors Guild award and two Emmy nominations. After Ally McBeal ended, Germann starred in several films, including Down to Earth, Sweet November, and Joe Somebody, all released in 2001, and by 2005 had lead roles in the family comedies Family Plan and Down and Derby. You may also remember him as Larry Dennit, Jr. in Talladega Nights. Germann has appeared in NCIS since season 10, playing NCIS Assistant Director Jerome Craig. Also appearing infrequently in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit playing ADA Derek Strauss. In 2016, Germann appeared in the ABC fantasy series drama Once Upon A Time portraying Hades, the God of the Underworld, for ten episodes. Germann also portrayed Dr. Tom Koracick in Grey’s Anatomy since 2017.

JOHN C. McGINLEY

SCRUBS, PLATOON, OFFICE SPACE

John C. McGinley has become a fan favorite since he began his Hollywood career in 1985, most notably for his roles in Scrubs, Platoon, Point Break. McGinley’s career in film spans a diverse range of characters in over seventy films to date, including such features as The Rock, Nothing to Lose, Set It Off, Seven, Office Space, Mother, Wagons East, Surviving the Game, On Deadly Ground, Point Break, Highlander II, A Midnight Clear, Fat Man and Little Boy and opposite Ice Cube in Are We Done Yet?, the sequel to the hit comedy Are We There Yet? As Dr. Perry Cox in Scrubs, McGinley earned two Film & Television Awards. His starring role in director D.B. Sweeney’s independent feature, Two Tickets to Paradise, earned him the Festival Director’s Award in 2006, awarded for special recognition/excellence in film. He executive-produced and starred opposite John Cusack in The Jack Bull, and continues a recurring voice-acting role as Grumblegard in the series based on How to Train Your Dragon. McGinley continues to be rooted in theater, starring Dave Moss in the Broadway revival of David Mamet’s Glengarry Glen Ross, working beside Al Pacino and Bobby Cannavale. Michael McGlone began his acting career in the beloved role of Patrick McMullen, the conflicted youngest brother in the Sundance Festival Grand Jury Prize-winning film, The Brothers McMullen. He went on to star in other critically acclaimed and popular films including She’s the One, The Bone Collector, One Tough Cop and in the classic sleeper independent film Dinner Rush. His prolific television career includes numerous recurring roles such as Detective Szymanski on the CBS drama Person of Interest, as Bobby McKeen in Starz’ dramatic series Crash, in Spike TV’s The Kill Point and most recently as Joey Barrata in S.W.A.T. on CBS. He will soon return to the big screen, along with McMullen costar/director Ed Burns, in their third feature film together, The Fitzgerald Family Christmas. You may also recognize him as one of the droll spokespersons for GEICO insurance.
