The holiday season has arrived at RAF Mildenhall, and this month is filled with celebrations, community spirit, and festive fun for all ages. We kick things off with one of our most cherished traditions—the Christmas Tree Lighting and Holiday Market on Friday, December 5 from 4–7 PM at Washington Square. With local vendors, food trucks, festive music, Santa in his sleigh, and plenty of holiday cheer, it’s a perfect way to welcome the season. See page 15.
Beyond opening night, December is brimming with activities across FSS. The Bob Hope Community Center is hosting grab & go crafts, children’s holiday card making, and Letters to Santa, while Arts & Crafts offers unique gifts and engraving to help you finish your holiday shopping. Stay active with the Santa’s Sleigh Run, group fitness classes, and earlyyear motivation from the Fitness Center.
As you enjoy all the seasonal happenings—from winter drink specials at The Daily Grind to familyfriendly bowling deals and festive fun at Square D Lanes—be sure to mark your calendar for one of our biggest celebrations of the year: the New Year’s Eve GLOW UP Party at the Galaxy Club. On December 31 from 7 pm – 1 am, ring in 2026 under blacklights, neon décor, great music, and exciting prize giveaways.
