To provide a heating/ hot water system that would be less expensive to run than conventional boilers.

Summary of Site Demand

The Solution

Annual electricity demand Electricity price (without CCL) Gas consumption Gas price (without CCL)

495,766 kWh 7.31 p/kWh 527,007 kWh 2.232 p/kW

Supplied and installed one 15kWe/30kWth LoadTracker CHP unit to provide 60% of site heating and hot water demand.

Features • LoadTracker automatically modulates electrical output, which minimizes unnecessary grid electricity consumption. • Long service intervals (8,000 hours or 2 years). • Provides on-site energy generation through the development of a new CHP distribution network.

Benefits • Consumption & Production • Carbon Footprint Savings • Cost Savings
