A BIPoC centered exhibition of student work. The exhibiting students ranged from first year to graduate students, practicing art in a wide range of mediums.
Space Activation in Portland:
One 42” x 23.5” canvas piece focusing on my MFA thesis about space activation and placemaking collaborations between BIPoC artists and cultural institutions. My illustration takes inspiration from community interviews, Portland urban planning projects, and childhood imagination.
