Last June, the Mijas Town Hall reduced its average payment period to suppliers (PMP) to 43.93 days, the third-best figure recorded since January 2020 , all with the aim of benefiting businesses, self-employed workers, and suppliers carrying out work for the council. This was announced on Wednesday during the plenary session by the councillor for Economy and Finance, Mario Bravo, who also noted that “Mijas Town Hall will soon be in a position to meet the 30-day timeframe set by law as the preferred payment period” / Town Hall Press.
