MIELKE brings 40+ years of experience performing new construction and renovation in the industrial, institutional and commercial construction markets. We selfperform plumbing, HVAC, process piping, fabrication, steel erection and rigging. We also offer full in-house BIM design services and extensive pre-fabrication capabilities.

MIELKE is a mechanical contractor with just under 200-team members in 3- offices. We have built our business by developing longterm relationships with our clients, employees and industry partners. Our commitment to these relationships is fierce and is second only to Safety. Our dedication to our client’s satisfaction has allowed us to maintain clients for generations.

At MIELKE, safety is our number one and most important priority. We strive to exemplify safety excellence in everything that we do. Employees are not only empowered, but also expected to make safety the most important consideration in every task that they perform. Training our team to proactively identify risks, to pre-plan for safe operations and to draw on any necessary resources ensures that our work is executed safely. MIELKE has internal safety experts on staff including an OSHA Master Trainer. In addition, we engage third party safety professionals for additional expertise and outside audits of our operations.

MIELKE Foundation supports friends and family members of our employees, clients and vendors who may be in need as well as supporting children’s causes in the communities. Our annual charity fishing tournament has raised more than $1,000,000 with 100% of the proceeds donated to organizations supporting children’s causes. Our senior leadership serve as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Heart Gallery Tampa, volunteer in the Guardian Ad Litem program and participate in local charity event committees.
