Online Ordering Quick Start Guide STEP 1: Login to MWF&L Online Ordering You will be assigned a username and password from Midwest Foods & Liquor. This will give you access to the Online Ordering Website.

To access online ordering go to: h%ps://www.scmcentral.com.au If you have not yet been assigned a login, please email onlineorderenquiry@midwes+oods.com.au * Note – we recommend only using Google Chrome web browser for online ordering and to add to your favourites.

STEP 2: Change Your Password For security reasons, the best prac.ce is to first change your password from the default given to you, to one you can remember.

To change your password, hover over your account name on the top right of the page. Click on se0ngs. Here you can edit your profile. You can change your password, add, delete or edit email addresses order no.fica.ons are sent to.

STEP 3: Home Screen Once you have logged in you will be directed to the Specials page. This page is where you will receive no.fica.ons from Midwest Foods & Liquor, including latest specials, upcoming events, and more!

You will also no.ce two tabs at the top le3 of the screen next to the Specials tab: Product List: this tab is where you can see a list of all products, search products by category or key word. This is where you can view a list of products you frequently purchase.

Order History: The Order History page allows you to view a list of orders placed, or drill down into the details of the order.

Online Ordering Quick Start Guide STEP 4: Searching for a Product You can find a product by either Search by Category or by entering a keyword in the Search field. *HINT: Only enter one word to search in the search bar To change the amount of products shown on the page, select the number in the Show Entries dropdown.

Product Quan44es: Products are either sold by the unit or by the carton.

For example, the first bacon on the list shown below is sold by the bag.

The (2) in the descrip.on refers to how many units are in a carton.

The second bacon is only sold by the carton and the amount in the carton is shown as 2 (no brackets). The units column will also tell you if a product is sold by the unit, or carton only.

STEP 5: Placing an Order My Pantry List: Here is where you can see a list of products you regularly purchase.

To add a product to your order, click the + Qty bu%on. Once you have selected the products on that page, add the products to your cart.

To add products to your cart, click on the Add selected products to cart bu%on.

You will be prompted to update your cart if you navigate away from the order screen.

Online Ordering Quick Start Guide STEP 6: Review your Order Once you have selected the products for your order, click on the shopping cart icon.

My Cart: This page is where you can review, edit and submit your order.

Checkout: To submit your order, click on the Checkout > bu%on.

STEP 7: Checkout Delivery Days: Here is where you will need to select the delivery or pick up date of your order.

Shop Pick Ups: If you are collec.ng your order, shop, please select the checkbox to collect from our retail store.

Order Notes: in this field you can add a comment to your order for delivery instruc.ons, product requests, etc.

PO#Name: This field is mandatory and requires either a Purchase Order number or name of person placing the order.

Review and Submit: Once you have reviewed your order, click on the Submit order > bu%on

Online Ordering Quick Start Guide STEP 8: Payment Credit Cards: You will be redirected to our secure credit card payment site. Once comple.ng your details and selec.ng PAY NOW, your order will be sent to us for processing. *NOTE: Your credit card will not be charged un4l we have processed your order. Your Purchase Amount will show as $0.00 Should you have any ques.ons regarding your order or would like to make changes, please have your order number readily available.

STEP 9: Order No.fica.on Email No4fica4on: You will receive an email order no.fica.on to the email(s) listed in your online ordering profile.

Should you have any ques.ons regarding your order or would like to make changes, please have your order number readily available.

Order History: You can view previous and current orders. You can also reorder previous orders.

STEP 9: Order Processed Email No4fica4on: You will receive a Transac.on Receipt: Approved email.

Should your payment decline, we will be in contact with you to check the credit card details provided.

A: Don’t worry, we can reset your password for you.

Q: Can I change my password?

A: Yes, please refer to step 2 in this guide Q: Can I cancel or change my online order once I have hit submit?

A: Yes, however you will need to call us during office hours so we can change this for you. *Note - If your order has been picked and is on the truck, we may not be able to change your order.

Q: Can I add to my order?

A: Yes, you can add to your order, however you will just need to place a new order for any addi.onal items.

Q: Can I pick up my order in the shop instead of it being delivered to my business?

A: If you are collec.ng your order from our shop, please select the checkbox under the delivery day selector.

Q: Do I require a purchase order number when placing an order?

A: You will be required to either provide a purchase order, reference number, or name when submi0ng the order. Please refer to Step 7 of this guide.
