FOSSIL HILL VERMENTINO Widely grown in northwest Italy, it produces an aromatic wine with refreshing acidity.

Our 2017 vintage is full flavoured with a combination of stone fruit and citrus fruit flavours. It has an appealing fleshiness that is beautifully balanced by the linear natural acidity, herbaceous and minerality, which is characteristic of the Orange and Central Ranges region.

The Angullong Vineyard lies within the foothills of Mount Canobolas in the high altitude, cool climate wine region of Orange. Fossil Hill is a local limestone feature with rich deposits of early marine fossils that inhabited the area over four hundred and fifty million years ago. This combination of cool climate and ancient soils at Angullong create wines with elegance and balance.
