This wine is a classic example of the quality of shiraz from Cowra and should be enjoyed now and over the next few years. Perfectly matched with char grilled vegetables and BBQ flavours.

The finish of the wine is contributed by well integrated oak, providing a finely structured finish.

This wine is best suited to lighter meats, my go to would be a family Sunday pork roast with red wine jus.

This year’s wine is a more ripe style of Sauvignon Blanc, but what sets it apart from previous releases, is its increased intensity of passionfruit and tropical notes with minimal grass aroma and flavours. These typical characters are complimented with a well intentioned mouth filling texture. Fresh acidity adds to the refreshing nature of this wine. This wine is a great accompaniment to light salads, fresh seafood and warm, sunny afternoons.
