One such opportunity presented itself in 2005 when Midway submitted a proposal to Texas A&M University for a site adjacent to the campus. We were awarded the project in 2006 and began developing site plans in 2008. In 2014, Midway broke ground on Century Square, the 60 acre site that will serve as a central gathering place for the local community and the region.
