Rumble Boxing Midtown Memphis: Get Your Fitness Fix

Since officially opening on June 8, Rumble Boxing Midtown Memphis has hosted over 200 new members of all ages.
“Rumble offers unique 45-minute workouts that focus on both cardio and strength training,” explained Ann Lee, owner and founder of Rumble Boxing Midtown Memphis. “Our instructor-led workouts are coordinated with curated playlists that changes daily. The goal is to target different muscle groups.”
Lee continued, “There’s a dance club atmosphere at Rumble Boxing with energetic music that is very motivating. It makes the workouts fun. Most of our members work out with us 1 - 3 times per week. Early morning and late afternoon classes are usually the most popular because people can get their fitness fix before or after work.”
The Rumble community is evident with members taking selfies together in the lobby and posting those pictures on social media. And the camaraderie extends from the members to the staff as the club often celebrates milestones and birthdays of members.
