HOUSING GUIDE 2025-2026

Midland University is a residential campus, which means most of our students live on-campus. Living on campus in community allows students the opportunity to cultivate new friendships, find academic support, and explore co-curricular activities.

Residential students are supported by our Residence Life staff, including peer Resident Advisors, who are here to help you navigate living on campus and adjusting to college life. Through our residential experience, we support students socially and academically so that as you make your home at Midland, you can also thrive as a whole person.

BENEFITS OF LIVING ON CAMPUS CAMPUS LIVING EXEMPTIONS

Walking distance to classes and campus resources

Specialized programming to support the transition to college and life skill building
