HOMECOMING 2023 Last November, over a hundred alumni joined us on campus for our fun new tradition: Homecoming!

Our 70th Anniversary celebrations gave rise to new traditions, including Homecoming! The theme for the 2023 Homecoming celebration was “There’s No Place Like

Home,” reflecting the commonly-used description of our campus as a home. Homecoming weekend aims to unite alumni, students, staff, faculty, and the community to celebrate the past and look forward to the future. The festivities commenced with alumni returning from across the country, reuniting and sharing memories from South Texas Bible Institute, Gulf Coast Bible College, Mid-America Bible College, and MidAmerica Christian University during alumni luncheons and reunions.

2

Alumni joining the Homecoming celebration could also take campus tours, providing a firsthand look at the University’s growth and development. These tours showcased new facilities, academic advancements, and the expanding campus landscape, underscoring Mid-America Christian University’s commitment to excellence. A highlight of the Homecoming weekend was the Alumni Worship

The fundraising night turned into a chance for Armes to make a triumphant return to the court, where she helped set a school record and
