Find Family Fun, 4-H & Food At The Monmouth County Fair By Kimberly Bosco FREEHOLD – If you are in the market for a day of family fun and excitement, stop by the Monmouth County Fair on July 25-29 at East Freehold Showgrounds. This fair offers up old-fashioned country fair vibes with a modern flair, highlighting the area’s agricultural roots. Organized by the Monmouth County Park System in cooperation with the Monmouth County 4-H, the fair boasts rides, exciting performances and acts, food, games, a 4-H show and live music. Howell Homeless Encampment Purchased By Kimberly Bosco HOWELL – The homeless in Howell will be homeless once again following the June 20 auction that sold the land they reside on to the highest bidder. Dr. Richard H. Roberts was the highest bidder at $1,603,000, according to township manager Brian Geoghegan. The bid is currently pending acceptance which will be discussed at the next council meeting on July 17. Once accepted, the sale can be finalized, he said. “As of this point there have been no details worked out for the home-

Local Athletes Hammer Home Wins For Their Colleges
