Event Reservations
Reservations are required for all of the events in this brochure. Make your reservations early online or by calling the MSC Holiday Helpers at 847-251-4100.
Cancellation Policy
During this holiday season, MSC requires a 7 day cancellation policy for all Club events. Once an event reaches capacity and a waiting list has formed, the Club will notify you to confirm your reservation. Any cancellations or modifications must be made at this time. Any cancellations past that time will be non-refundable unless another member fills the reservation.
Seating Requests
MSC will make every effort to accommodate seating requests. Please indicate your room preference when making reservations. Please note we may not be able to consider same day seating requests. If your group will be larger than the reservation system allows, please contact the front desk.
MSC Dining
Unless noted, dining venues will be open regular hours in December. Please make reservations online, via the app, or by calling the Front Desk. If plans change, please cancel your reservations.

Whether you’re a seasoned grazer or a board-building beginner, this is your chance to learn the art of assembling the ultimate charcuterie masterpiece. Grab your friends, roll up your sleeves, and let us show you how to turn meats, cheeses, and more into a show-stopping spread. Platter fee includes charcuterie materials and platter. Our culinary team is offering a menu of traditional Thanksgiving favorites prepared at the Club to serve at home, including all-inclusive dinner or a la carte turkey, sides and sweets ready-to-serve or reheat. Pickups will be available Thanksgiving Day at 9:00 am (cold with reheating instructions) or 11:30 am, 1:00pm, 2:00 pm, 2:30 pm warmed, ready-to-serve. Call the Front Desk, or drop off an order form.
