KEVIN AND KAREN’S Pet of the Week Hi there! I’m Mango, a 38-pound Border Collie mix with a big personality, a clever mind, and plenty of energy to share! If you know Border Collies, you know I love staying busy, exploring, and finding something fun to do. My new family should be ready to keep both my brain and body active with playtime, adventures, and enrichment. Squeaky toys are some of my absolute favorites, and I especially love a good game of keep-away. I think it’s hilarious to grab a toy and make you chase me for it! I’d also love spending time outside exploring, hiking, and discovering new places with my people. I would make an amazing adventure buddy for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle. Even with all my energy, I’m a very well-mannered, happy-go-lucky girl who almost always has a smile on my face. After a full day of playing and exploring, I’m happy to settle into a cozy dog bed and relax near my people. If you’re looking for a fun-loving, intelligent pup who is ready for adventures but also knows how to enjoy some downtime, I might be your girl! Bring on the toys, hikes, squeakers, and games of keepaway—I’m Mango, and I can’t wait to make memories with my forever family!
If you’d like to meet Mango or any of the other loveable friends at the shelter, please contact us to schedule a visit. 1820 East St. Patrick Street, Rapid City, SD 57703 Call: 605-394-4170 • www.hsbh.org
